Deep Purple - Bloodsucker (1970 BBC session without D.J. talking over outro)
Made this one myself by splicing together bits from 2 different sources.
“Top of the Pops” BBC album 287 has the version used on the official 2CD.
“Pick of the Pops for Your D.J.” BBC album 286/287 has a shorter edit that doesn’t have the D.J. talking over the outro.

Excellent work. Well done. One question: I can't find the origin of the recording of the Ritchie Blackmore's solo. From where does it come from. Which Bootleg ?
It's from a bad cassette recording of the original 1970 radio broadcast. Lots of drop outs. Took a lot of work to get it to sound half way decent. There are other DP tracks on my channel that I've worked on. Living Wreck from the same 1970 BBC session has the missing 2nd verse & a longer ending. Child in Time with an instrumental ending (without the screams over the final minute). Sounds better to me - you can really hear Blackmore & Lord. Woman from Tokyo with the alternative bridge substituted. On the 1996 remix of Demon's Eye, I was never happy with the way it was faded out at the end so I restored it
@@bonnie7191 Yes. I subscribed to your channel and listened to the other songs. You did a truly fantastic job. Yesterday I was like a child listening to Hard Lovin Man with Blackmore's solo. I said to myself that it was a shame that the band never played this song on stage at that time. They could have played it instead of Mandrake Root, and added the organ and guitar improvisations. I allowed myself to work from what you had done and added an ending to Hard Lovin Man and applause from the era. Das Intro Riff haben spaeter die sweet in einem song geklaut, ich glaube, auf der LP mit dem Plattenspieler drauf.
Eine Zeit, die für eine Generation steht, für eine Lebenseinstellung; kann das heute je einer nachvollziehen? Was wäre Kultur für sich gesehen ohne spezielle kulturelle Ausrichtung. Gerade dafür stand Deep Purple.
