side by side 2000 trx350 2wd 2002 forman 450 honda 4x4 legendary bikes theses are the bikes I could find locally that were in the best shape and lowest km around that wasn't 10k so going to be doing a 2000 350 2wd honda restore showroom condition series and a 2002 450 forman 4x4 restoration showroom condition but also going to be driving them not just for looking so the series starts think found some good solid bikes to start the builds and see which bike will actually be better at certain things one being a 350 vs 450 other is ones only 2WD and Others only 4x4 so going to see how we can improve on mudding on a 2wd and how to make a 4x4 all the time more comfortable #honda #350honda #forman450 #450honda #restoration #series

It’s actually a SI-G rare car to find around where I am rust free came with a b16b stock changed planned k20a2 block with k20a type r head and type r transmission RR3 4Piston cams/oil pump super tech valve train ported head currently swapping the rear drums for disc swap with some willwoods rear calibers slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic pads rear braided break lines and k tuned new dog leg bushings k tuned upper control arms and rear camber kit k tuned street coil overs k tuned tuck harness k pro v4 Bluetooth Carbon fibre trunk rear matching USDM Type r rear seats with the front set and changed the momo wheel to a type r Acura wheel and changed the air cluster to a type r cluster and full roll cage that allows you to still have full interior ordered Recaro fabric to do the roof and door panels and making a custom rear wooden trunk just fully undercoated it and changed every bolt and bushing with red polyester bushings new tie rods with a grease nipple and redid the fuel lines with duel k tuned fuel filters one at the back and one at the front so the rear ones a tiny one and the one in the bay is way bigger going to paint and shave the engine bay with a black with sparkles into it for it pops really been enjoying this build also bought some 16” darkish blue RAYS Rims with street slicks to clear the new k tuned big break kit and matching RAYS Blue Lug Nuts also ordered the new k tuned shifter with the hydraulic e break built into it and ran all metal break lines with a adapter two use the normal e break and hydraulic e break and decided to get a skunk 2 alpha intake manifold and adapter for the k tuned 90mm throttle body ordered new ac unit for it still has air conditioning and k tuned front traction bar and upgraded front sway bar with polyester red bushing spent 5700$ on the entire bushing kit for it’s all brand new and spoon colour theme blue and yellow so ordered a Drag cartel/ktuned collab valve cover with tapped holes to use my new oil catch can/breather and put duel AEM FUEL PUMPS to feed the 1200cc fuel injectors and braided every line I could possible and tuck everything into the glove box new manual steering rack and Acura type r rust free subframe other cars will be done once parts arrive the 98 EK Hatch k24a4 k20z1 head and type s transmission built by 4PISTON made 339HP all motor and the 94 coupe is a k20a2 k20a2 head and uk ep3 type r 5 speed transmission with qualif LSD and carbon synchros new seals and bearings less motor is completely stock except every single bolt on possible just for Red k tuned big break kit for that also and rear disc swap from drum and actually used stereo sound dampening material to help keep the noise down and put in a new red carpet car will be painted pearl white with carbon hood side skirts mirrors front and rear lips front fenders and rear trunk putting the s2000 cluster conversion with the carbon mount for the cluster and put the momo steering wheel into that and changed the exhaust tip to the k tuned turn down and a high flow cat
Picked up a rust free shell since my old 1999 coupe k20z3 floor went so decided to buy this bad boy completely rust free came with a mint working b18c which I sold for what I paid for the car came with new chrome rims with rubber TEIN coils BWR rear braces skunk 2 70mm exhaust and headers type r usdm front seats sir cluster with AEM oil pressure and air fuel ratio that works fully option model coupe with factory fog light option going to k20z3 swap this and supercharger and keep it ac unit and buy the usdm rear seats for max comfort and doing gangster lean mounts and side fender exit went with a different kinda build something with some power but also something I could drive hours in and be comfortable

I took the whole thing off and also put a carbon front bumper and MishiMoto radiator in the carbon fibre bumper only shows the intercooler this was just me fitting it on

Because it’s a 2L built motor with a front mount intercooler on 25 psi with a stage 4 clutch was breaking it in you need to warm the clutch up
This was the 20% pulley I made a mistake on the 15%

28psi on a mini cooper s, the eaton chargers dont even flow that amount, and your intake temp will be massive, the charger will over heat 🔥 you would need a turbo to run that boost

Hey man that’s actually a 350x with 250r plastics the 250 is a liquid cooled 2 stroke the 300 is a air cooled 4 stroke
That’s a 1984 Atc250r they come air cooled 5 speed lmao the 1985 years up and the liquid cooled 6 speed ones
