Cool designs, but absol seems like one of the few Pokémon that shouldn't have a regional forme. I feel that its mythical nature surpasses regions - its just the bearer of bad news, wherever it goes.

I REALLY like these formes! Just watching them as ideas makes me so happy to see. I want a Kantonian skitty and give it a warm home!❤ If you'd like to know what I would have done, I would Make kantonian Cacnea an Steel type due to the technological motifs of Kanto, and Kantonian Cacturne would share a typing with Magneton line. The idea behind is is that The Cancea would be imported as decorative plant, but they didn't adapt well to Kantonian soil, so Silph needed to get creative to save the Cacneas.

I can't wait for the next video relating with this but don't forget sometimes the pokemon that we know could could have evolution beyond the 1 or 2 stage that Either from their original place where they came from or lost because of many years. Example galarian Zigzagoon and Hisuian qwilfish.

If Kanto had Regional variants, the majority of them would probably be Poison-types.

Honestly thought they would do Sinnohan forms for the gen 4 remakes before it became clear what form the sinnoh remakes were taking. Like we technically did get them with the Hisuian Pokémon, but I was expecting the next remakes since regional forms to use that gimmick to add a little something new to the remakes. I think the Canea pair miss the mark a little. Regional variants do a little more than just recolouring and I didn’t notice any design changes on cacnea (though if they’re there and just subtle, that might still be enough.) And I feel like Cacturne would be where the variance is pushed further than it is. More of a shape change, a more pronounced gimmick, etc. I think you had something there but would just need a revision.

Yes, more please, more more! I've made a few regional forms myself that are "wilder" versions of existing Pokemon, implying that the Pokemon we already know is actually the domesticated version. For example, I created a Ground type Spoink, and Ground/Fighting type Grumpig. They are based on wild hogs and the implication being that they are sort of ancestors to both the Tepig and Swinub lines, as well as the Hoenn Spoink line obviously.

The thing with the dark type skitty is that I don't think it fits Kanto. There are NO dark types in Kanto

My own take on a kantonian variant Kantonian Relicanth Water/Dragon type with the superior fossil revival technology in Kanto, most Relicanth have been returned to their former glory and rival the likes of Gyarados as "KIng of the sea".

Sun and Moon was the first time I really started paying attention to Pokémon news and the hype season was so much fun. There was always something new to talk about every week, whether it was actual news about the games or leaks and rumours that may or may not have been real. Those really were the good ol' days...

It would be cool to see a future game set in a futuristic Kanto or at least a Kanto where a good amount of time has passed. Seeing Kantonian forms and new evolutions would be cool. I can see a new evolution for Me. Mime, Kantonian Incineroar becoming a sumo wrestler with the Fire/Fighting type, and Kantonian Dreepy being either Dragon/water or Dragon/ Flying types.

If that's true, then there is a chance of the fact they're others that needed to have Kantonian Forms. One of them might include a Poison/Flying-Type Ducklett. Besides, there's a lot of real-life poisonous ducks that fits the type combo respectively

We really need new balls. For one thing it's insane that we have both the Dive and Net Balls for water-types, yet no specialised balls for any other type. Or the Dusk Ball for specific time/environments, yet no ball for other times and environments. Give me a Beach Ball, Crag Ball, Magma Ball, Lunch Ball, etc.

Weede should be a baby pokémon, it is a larva, so are caterpie, pineco, wurmple, burmy, larvesta, scatterbug, grubbin, snom and blipbug (maybe trapinch too). They are literally baby insects. Literal babies, but not in the games for some reason. Also exeggcute, sunkern, ferroseed are basically eggs of a plant, so it would fit for them to be baby pokémon. Even more so than azurill. But for some reason they are not tho. Budew is a baby pokémon, but why then are bounsweet and smoliv not? Well ralts, gothita and flabébé would fit as baby pokémon, gothitas Pokédex information even calls it a baby, and flabébés name has a word meaning baby in it, so I do not get why not?
