Model k..... brown shirts......??????
Can we get prices on these homes?
We are pretty open about our pricing. Check out Wolfind.com/models
That house is gorgeous! The floors and cabinets everything!❤❤
Your houses are so well built!
I am so thrilled you are from Washington!! Yay! Perfect home for older people!!❤❤❤❤
This is so awesome. I am 70 years old , live in Wa state. I love the tiny house idea. Living smaller keeps it more manageable. Also, it causes a community of alike people. It would be interesting to hear where you plan to build??
We have a few in the works. We will announce them once they are near completion! :)
Being able to do everything in-house is such a headache reliever. Still hoping to get my own Wolf home in the future.
Looking for a inexpensive Modular home with a modern look
Visit our site at wolfind.com/models/ to see if anything we offer might be a good fit! :)
Do you deliver and set up in spokane, wa?
We sure do!
It would be very useful to see what the outside of the house looks like.
We will be getting more photos of another Model J example soon, keep an eye on the gallery on the Model J page of our website!
Is it possible to get all individual rooms measurements for this house?
Absolutely, we don't currently have that info on our website, but if you email us at sales@wolfind we can answer any questions you have, including sqft and dimensions of each room.
Should have made a couple of quick shots of the outside. Interior is roomy for 800sf.
We would've, the owner requested their property left out of the video for privacy. We will be doing another tour video of one shortly :)
We love our Model E. It’s PERFECT for our property. However, I will admit that I got a little jealous when I saw bathroom #2. 😊♥️
Second bathroom is fantastic for entertaining. Model E is just right for most people though! Glad you love it!
New subscriber here and loving your content. Keep it up. I will look forward to learning from you.
Thanks Chuck! Appreciate the follow!
I think a video of actually ordering a house would be great. Picking the model, the roof, the siding and other options to see what kind of home you can get. I was at the factory a year and a half ago and walked through a model where the buyer wanted one of the bedrooms removed for a bigger living room.
We are planning a video that covers the entire process start to finish. It is a huge undertaking and footage was being collected as long as 8 months ago! We appreciate the ideas! Keep them coming! Stay tuned for the full process video. Hopefully will come early next year!
Derek, I’m so inspired by what you’re doing for the industry and to lower the crazy high bar for homeownership and renting. “Density with dignity”, I love that! Keep up the amazing work!
Thank you! We'll keep at it!

We'd love to hear from you! wolfind.com/contact/
Woo-Hoo! R49!
Can you guys do tile in your modular homes?
We don't typically but we do have the experience to do so if specifically requested!
You're not building a house. You're building a tank!
Nobody likes a flimsy, squeaky floor.
A common question is about options. Also in Ocean Park as another person mentioned. Interested in propane options. Thanks and happy thanksgiving!
The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
Do you all have any plans for a larger home? 1500 ish sq ft?
Not yet. Model I is 1,230Sqft. Continuing to perfect our 2 piece unit process.
This is helpful! Keep making these videos...
All you need is a dog yard.
Hello which brand and how many or size do I need for a garage /room addition around 800sg ft
We use Daikin for our mini splits. There are lots of good options though. A 16k BTU should be sufficient, but this depends on how well the space is insulated. You could likely get away with smaller, it just wouldn't be quite as effective.
Is there anything you have to do differently when installing the line sets in the wall? Any worries about condensation?
Nope! We seal the holes where the line-set passes through any walls, interior or exterior with expanding foam. The line-set has insulation around the copper lines already which mitigates most of the condensation. If you are a DIY'er the best thing to remember about line-sets is keeping the insulation on the lines sealed. Once the copper is exposed to air, you will get condensation from ambient humidity. You will naturally have some copper exposed at the ends for the connections. Do watch out for corrosion on these joints in particularly wet and humid climates. A corrosion inhibitor spray can further protect those joints.
You know cutting hole through the lumber weakens it. So why not use a LVL across the front if you are beefing up the sides.
Of course, removing any material will change the structure, which is why we use the LVL in the first place. The primary forces exerted on our houses are during installation when we move the house from the transport to the foundation. All of this force is on the long edge of any of our houses, which is why we put extra care into those portions of the base. Most types of construction will join multiple boards together rather than using a single, full length, LVL. This is far less rigid than a full length LVL. The short ends of the base are always one piece lumber as well keeping the base solid. A solid 2x10 for the shorter run is still more than enough rigidity. Again, there's not much if any forces on those portions of the base until it's on the foundation. That means there's no shear force on the 2x10 boards, only compression once placed on the foundation.
@@wolfindustries1323.........Nice lecture. Always looks good on paper. You didn't use an LVL on the ends and cut holes in them, ergo, it weakens the board. I get it, you've got the pretty expensive ones on the sides, so make a big production on how secure they are while quietly ignoring my original point. Got it. You do put alotta stress on the LVLs......and it's gotta go somewhere......no??? And where does the stress go??? Why to the weakest point. Any clue where that may be??? You also contradicted yourself in you lecture to me. Can you find it??? Probably not since Imma sure you never make a mistake......no???
When I was there for a tour, I got to see all the house options in person. Do a video on what kind of house can be created through options. Metal vs composite roof, regular siding vs board & batten, galley vs L shape kitchen. One house I saw (F model?) had a bedroom removed to create more space for the living room. So many things you can do with a Wolf home!
I took a tour of their operation a while back. Still trying to find a property to put one of their homes on.
This comparison was helpful. Do you have any specs on the height of different models for areas that have height restrictions (Ocean Park, WA) and also, a video on the scope of site prep you can do (does it include driveways, power, water, septic, etc.)
Great idea for a video! As far as heights on different models, yes we have specs on all of them, we don't have a comparison sheet on that. Is there a specific model you are curios about? Are you talking about general height restrictions for ADU or some specific obstacle? We will be happy to get back to you with any info you need :)
🤘
Been looking for that answer for weeks, thank you very much!
You're welcome! We're glad we could help!
Excellent video!!! 😃👍
Thanks for the video. I would love to see a video that goes over options for floors, rooves, decks, etc, with pros and cons.
Great idea! Are you interested in general information, or options we offer here at Wolf?
@@wolfindustries1323 I'd like to see your options specifically, but general information is welcome, as well. I'm in the very very early stages of looking into building an ADU on my parents' property in Battleground (less than 3 miles from your factory), so you guys are naturally very high on my list of go-to if I decide to do this. Cheers!
Definitely! That's perfect! We will add this to the video list! I would encourage you to schedule a tour to check things out in person since you are local.
@@wolfindustries1323 I am actually currently located in Honolulu. I just returned from a visit in Battleground. Plan to contact you folks on my next visit.
We absolutely love our Wolf home! Something to think about, is to give the option to have the compressor or condenser mounted on the ground away from the bedroom. The vibration and fan take some getting used to, when it's running it sounds like you left your truck idling outside.
If someone was really interested in this setup, we'd likely accommodate. The main problem is, that means running some of the line-set after the house has been delivered, then doing the install and charging of the system. This adds to the time between delivery and the house being move in ready, as well as needing extra tools and certified people on site rather than in our factory. Certainly understand the desire to have it isolated.
@@wolfindustries1323 or if it's possible put it somewhere besides outside the master bedroom.
if there a option to deliver this on a poured basement rather than I a crawl space ?
We haven't done that before, but its certainly possible. Our current options include a higher wall foundation (not tall enough for basement, but certainly provides a lot of storage opportunity!)
Air Conditioners ?? Where are the air conditioners ?? Its gets really hot in Vancouver Wa in summer
All Wolf Tiny Homes come with a mini split AC & Heat system!
How long do these mini splits usually last?
15-20 Years depending on maintenance.
@@wolfindustries1323 NICE! 😃❤️👍
Minisplits are a no-brainer for tiny homes. Great advice.
🎉🎉🎉
Does your company procure required city permits while the crane is blocking traffic?
Yes we do. This would be part of the process for every crane delivery. All of this would be part of our crane delivery bid with a customer whose property would not be viable for a standard delivery and setup process.
Is this family homes or senior homes?
Suitable for either! We have availability to rent now!
I think it’s an awesome video. Thank you. I’m looking for a tour of the new duplex model H.
Unfortunately we don't offer the Model H anymore. You can see what models we currently offer at wolfind.com/tiny-homes/models/
To close when you don't pick your neighbors.
We opted to have stand alone units, that don't share walls or have neighbors above or below you, for optimal privacy in cottage living.
Air Conditioning?? Summers are Brutal hot in Vancouver Wa...where's the air conditioners?I've been out here nearly 20 and I'm from Nevada.. Needs air conditioner
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Maybe consider electing officials who care about the place rather than having to "drive pass all the other stuff" to arrive at a safe and secure home.
I'd like to build the same type of community with homes that are right at 1000 square feet.
Reach out! wolfind.com/contact/
Tiny homes are great. But the excitement if not having place for storage. If you can use counter products want a pantry sew camp etc expect to look into local storages.
It would be nice if the concept of scaling back and living minimalisticly would catch on. Unfortunately, or naturally, people love their stuff.
Looks lovely! Adding to my list of dream sites ❤
