Demar Jackson | I’m Proof That You Can Rewrite Your Story, No Matter Where You Start
In this episode of Beyond The Cover, I sit down with Demar Jackson an open book of resilience, humor, and raw honesty. You may know him from reality TV, but this conversation unveils the man behind the screen: a brother, a survivor, and a beacon of positivity despite life's toughest moments.
Demar shares the heartbreaking story of losing his half-brothers, both taken too soon by senseless violence, and how those losses shaped the way he lives his life today. He opens up about the rock bottom moments that have fueled his relentless drive to honor their memory through joy, positivity, and purpose. Together, we discuss the weight of grief, the healing power of movement, and the importance of finding solid ground when life falls apart.
This isn’t just a story of loss it’s a story of perseverance, growth, and choosing light in the face of darkness. Demar’s perspective on life’s challenges is nothing short of inspiring, and his ability to find humor and hope even in difficult times is a reminder of the strength we all carry within us.

Maybe he just wanted to win the show. That girl was letting everyone kiss her and take her out on dates, like (who wants me???) like it was a literal competition. I would have left like wait a moment, She wanted him all over her and to continue to kiss her ass for attention. She is wrong and messed up to purposely make someone her slave and punching bag. Like squeezing everything out of him for her joy and insecurities. God bless him.

I wish everyone knew that their one true purpose is to serve God, what gives them worth is not everything this broken society is telling them will but rather it is being a creation of God, the one thing that could give them true peace and contentment is worshipping and submitting to God. I appreciate this conversation and I wish you well. Seek God with an open heart and you will find what you are looking for. We are all out here trying to fill the gaping hole within us with money, beauty, love, fame, intelligence, degrees, social status, etc etc etc. and what we are all looking for is God. We want to find our purpose but it is to worship God, that is all. It's actually that simple.

I was in a relationship in the past with someone that showed me slowing down and the "boring" or "bored" moments are so good for us. It allowed me to really understand myself and the things I genuinely love to do. Made me appreciate the down time a lot more than I ever have.
