Transform your fear of being seen
We play small far too often. We hide in the shadows, dim our light, crawl into a hole and never want to come out. Whether it’s avoiding a new creative project, holding back from showing up online or keeping ourselves from expressing something valuable-this fear of being seen, judged, and exposed keeps us stuck and potentially overthinking our next right action.
But here’s the truth: this fear is not a sign to retreat. It’s a signal to lean in and bring what’s already inside of you out into the world.
