Dude, introducing J-Roc as the kind of guy who fucks with a cane for a while even though he doesn't need it (because it seemed like a pimp cane, not a necessity,) and then eventually you never see it again actually really quickly crystallizes in your mind what kind of guy he is lmao. What a story. It's so wild how well it worked and actually helped communicate something about the character considering how Jonathan almost said no to the character because of it. The world would definitely be a little darker if J-Roc had never existed publicly. We got so lucky, boys and girls.
