Where buy this tank?

I love the Vmax but it’s a sin that the engineers developed a bike that drinks gas like crazy and gave it a tiny gas storage.

and installing a real intake system , instead of a fake one?

what about installing an additional fuel tank where the fake one is now? To increase my range?

Oh heck no! That is not a DIY project! All respect to those mechanics out there! I think I'll make a couple extra stops and let time catch-up.

For the love of god, why the tank is not bigger vanilla? These guys do more work than the guys who assembled the bike!

This bike does at least 30 miles per gallon if you go easy 35 miles per gallon I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE ONE...4 gallons 120 miles.... before that if you don't stop to buy gas and Stretch your legs , that mean you don't need a vmax you need a HONDA GOLDWING. NO REASON TO BUY THAT THING....PERIOD.

Just installed an aluminum tank from Bart Raats. No leaking issue to worry about, costs €800. Basically the same installation but a few less things taken apart.

I bought one....it leaked .... they sent another ....still leaks from the top...plastic was only 3 mm thick.....lying in the attic....no reply to my emails....no phone number too....sad feelings...1600 dollars down the drain...

Very expensive almost 2 k American dollar s for extra two gallons I own 2018 vmax my only complaint is fuel tank capacity last season make 13 k lots stops for fuel not good for touring sou last winter make decision I purchase 2015 Honda goldwing f6b for touring and keep vmax for short runs spending over 20 k for yamaha not worth to sell

Leaks.....leaks big time....plastic is too thin for weight of fuel pump. Engineering flaw....fundamental strength/weakness flaw...original Yamaha tank is 9mm .....this is 5mm or less....bends with the weight of the petrol/fuel pump and fuel leaks all the time..... very dangerous..... Too risky too close to heat source and human genatalia. Total 100% fire hazard.....Not cool. Super design... . bad execution . Want to return the second one too and just want my $1600 back. They are not replying to my emails. If a stronger one is made with thicker bend resistant material then only does it make sense.

What a nightmare, I think it is easier just to stop and get more gas in the stock tank.

Dear God, 35.6 Euros for 23 liters. 6 Gallons. That would be 13 Euros here (North Texas) ... you guys should be shooting politicians at this point. Great video though :)
