I really don't believe I would survive a month there with the weather like that. But it was nice to see my cousin again after 6 or 7 years and did get a chance to hang out with my daughter. @ ahh I didn’t realise you were visiting family specifically from the area. I just watched a couple of your videos and thought I hope you don’t think this is what the UK looks like. There are even worse bits but most of it is much more pleasant. Birmingham is full of that post war industrial brutalist concrete architecture, especially where the inner city ring roads and motorways were constructed in the UK in the 60s / 70s. They look bleak and tired now. As for the weather, not much can be done for that! All I can say is that the weather on the south coast vs northern Scottish coast is like two different continents.

@@Millennial_Manc I decided to take down 2 birds with one stone, that's why some of the videos are muted. I know what you mean about the buildings. Any plans you know of to take them down and put up some modern ones? That would give it a nice fresh look. But money is always an issue. Anyway, the plan was to go to St.Maarten or Jamaica but i ran out of vacation days. I was thinking about taking the ferry from France and driving from Dover but i was tired and, when i saw the A321-neo........ But i want to see more of the country so I will be back and thanks for the tip

@ The road infrastructure won’t be touched till necessary due to the disruption of improving it. We have a national issue with potholes that is the current focus. The brutalist buildings publicly (government) owned probably wont be demolished as it won’t be seen as the best use of taxpayers money. Those that are privately owned can please themselves though some have been demolished as they don’t meet modern disability access standards and the concrete itself is degrading in others. Manchester where I am has been undergoing massive building and development since the early 00s. 73 of the 95 largest class of construction cranes in the UK are in Manchester. Mostly hotels and apartments though.

@@Millennial_Manc i understand they don't want to close the roads but longer they wait the longer it's going to take when it's time. Next year they are planning about 90 road closures in the Netherlands. They say it's going to be brutal but suck it up because it needs to be done. One thing I know is, when people give up on certain places it's almost impossible for it to come back from it, same on this side. But 🤞

But it's also up to the people living there to maintain it. Denmark, cool. I was there some years ago. We went to Rømø, really nice there but the tide came in so fast 😂. Which area are you in? @@mistryjitendra51 sorry for the late reaction, long day. I plan to use the map in (almost) all the new videos. But because i don't have a lot of time to make videos I make a lot at once so I still have a bit of 'older' (videos. I would like to replace some of them but because of the different seasons here I can't , wouldn't match. So will upload more often the coming time to get rid of the backlog. Funny because I made a video showing how I make the videos and I deleted it, figure no one would want to see it. I will make a new one someday. @@RahulAmrutkar-j4f its the GPS Speedometer HUD-Odometer It's 2 to 4 kilometers off (always showing faster) but I'm running it on a galaxy s8 (2018 I believe) so that could be the reason. But I like it anyway for the videos. Hope this was helpful
