Microneedling is how i found out I have dermatographism. It was SO PAINFUL. And I went to an esthetician. I had the most horrific allergic reaction to the needles. Not for everyone. Start small with a tester patch.

I lost my husband a couple of years ago, and I've come to realize that the grieving process takes time. Over time, you learn to live with the grief, even though it doesn’t necessarily get smaller. You just find ways to grow around it. Watching your videos has really helped me with self-care, and it's made me feel better about myself. You are truly making a difference in people's lives. Some people may never like you because your kind spirit challenges their own demons. But always remember-compete with yourself, not others. :)
