Tired of needing to take the bottom off to get to the screws to the top panel? Here is a conversion kit I like to call "Top Loaders" for your HRAP. Watch the video for more details. Should be available late January to early February. Please email me questions as I find the commenting system on TH-cam to be a pain. art@tek-innovations.com www.tek-innovations.com
Madcatz TE See-Through Plexiglass Top Panel Demo
มุมมอง 20K15 ปีที่แล้ว
EDIT Due to a very large workload I'm afraid I had to push the release date of these to Early March. My apologies and thanks for your patience! Here's a 1/8" plexiglass that's made to replace the metal panel of your Madcatz TE. Great for showing of your modding skills and intricate wiring. You can also make your own custom button configuration. Last phase of testing is taking place and this sho...

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I rarely see a video guide on Hori RAP 2 modding.
using these in 2024, got a rare deathsmiles stick and wanted to maintenance and maintain it thank you for making these
I could really go for that little side plexi to cover up drill holes from outdated mods. No one is offering that...
I still don’t understand 😢
Hi, is there an art template for this stick? I still have and use mine after the site went down, and I'm looking to make some custom art for it.
. . . such a sad thing you close mate ! . . . Literally just found out ! 2020/march. . .
Is this compatible with the Brook Universal Fighting Retro Board Stack Configuration? cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0144/0727/0486/products/brook-universal-fighting-board-retro-board-stack-ready-pcb-2_1200x1200.png?v=1562983079

Lol that Iron Man.
do the appropiate screws come with?
Here mad late but, is there a list on how many and what kind of screws I need that I can look at?
I recommend a crown lever bat-top joystick and some sanwa buttons.
Dustin Nunn I see you on so many arcade stick videos
Man looking at this, makes me jelly. Do you make this by yourself while marketing this or do you own like a store for these kinds of work. The reason I ask is because I'm inspired to one day make arcade sticks for people who enjoy fighting games or regular arcade games . Any tips for one going through the art of making arcade sticks. ps. I haven't made any arcade sticks , just want to one day make & sell custom made arcade sticks.
I miss that layout..<3
can a brook universal be attached to these cases?
Absolutely. You might need a small spacer to mount the board correctly, but it's universal.
not recommended. I have a full white plexi panel and after a few weeks of use I reverted back to the metal top
yes yes best song SF2 perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!
is it possible to have some of the bits flipped around so the joystick is on the right and the buttons are on the left?
nice done man, may i ask where did you get the case? can u tell me plsss..... tnx
donde puedo comprar una así? *_*
Love the cases. Anyone know what that usb plug is called at 10:29? All the way on the right of the front of case.
That would be a "neutrik usb adapter"
Thank you so much
So from your site I can get this product with a custom panel I describe using the designer?
Please email us with custom questions. The custom panel builder was not designed for the Tek-Case but we can work with you in other ways.
are you able to flip the top panel and have the buttons on the left side and the stick on the right side?
Yes, please email us for product questions, and we'll work with you. Thanks!
Getting soon at you guys thanks,,, best price You can find to custom build your own mayhem, amazing!
The rubber feet come with... correct?
+Cole Xiong Correct
this is a nice concept but i don't like the flimsy materials. I would break this thing so fast.
+Tamashii Eater There is a disclaimer saying the material isnt as strong as the wooden/steel sticks. The acrylic layers need to been thicker for better support imo. The fish tanks that hold hundreds of gallons of water are made of the same acrylic. I imagine those are strong enough to withstand some fist pounding.
I really like them, they look very nice. But a question, whats the point of putting a image in the bottom? For me is a non-sense because you will never see it, or it will barely will be visible.
+MetalSonicodraco7342 Some people like to have their case as a display piece as well, so it can be seen while carrying it around or displayed somewhere. It's not much different than those who like a clear bottom to show their wiring work on the buttons/pcbs, and would have to flip it over to display it. In my case, I have a lot of fightsticks in my collection where I display them so people can see all the modded areas. Just different strokes.
Can I fit a Crown and a 30mm Seimitsu push buttons on this!
+Romeo Vargas This uses the standard 30mm button setup just like the majority of the retail fightsticks. So whatever will fit in the 30mm hole, will fit here.
I plan to purchase this from your site. Question before then: do you have different color screws? Also, how did you attach your velcro for your cable management?
anyone knows which is the thickness of the top and bottom panels?
So If I wanted a similar setup of your bottom plate, how do I do that? I mean artwork on bottom side and mirror coat on the top side of the bottom plate.
Would your case handle a happ/il stick and buttons? I've recently been messing with both american and japanese stile joysticks and came to the conclusion that I simply prefer american style joysticks since I am generally heavy handed on an arcade stick
check out my case forums.shoryuken.com/discussion/202789/acrylic-arcade-joystick-fight-stick-tek-innovations#latest
Beautiful Joystick.
this box is not for sanford
Hey, nice job!!,
can any one help me. i was wounding if i can use a arcade stick on skyrim and battlefield and other games besides fighting. thanks.
+Mr.EXE obvious troll.
Here's a simple led mod for fightstick: th-cam.com/video/Xz8I6qCNWtA/w-d-xo.html
I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but this has to be the worst idea for a arcade stick. We all know in the heat of battle we all tend to get rough on are arcade stick. Not to mention what happens if you accidentally drop it. I guess these would be nice to display but never use.
If it is the "worst idea" for an arcade stick, it wouldn't be one of my popular sellers with repeat purchases. I've also mentioned clearly that this case isn't for everyone, so those who are heavy bashers, or hard on their fightsticks in other ways, may not want this as their primary. And those who have used this case responsibly have not had any issues. Accidental drops happen, but they usually just have to replace a couple of parts and things are good as new. Thanks for your thoughts.
arthong you can argue, but his point is solid. Arcade sticks should be survivors. This contructon can breake when youre puting it thogether, not to mention its fragile as fuck. It doesnt matter if its selling or not. Ist not even close to best way.
koifishstudio And you seem to miss the point I was making. No where do I claim these boxes are the most durable nor are they the "best way". If you read this somewhere, please point it out. I've mentioned the fragile nature of these fightsticks (like, don't drop them or don't Hulk Smash them), and I'm not hiding anything in that regard. But for those who are keen to taking care of their fightsticks, and can appreciate the aesthetics, and are fine with the fragile nature of an Acrylic fightstick, they've been working well for my customers. And although they are Fragile, they are far from being "Fragile as fuck", considering they can hold up to a good amount of play (given the conditions I've mentioned). So the original argument was that these are the "worst idea" for an arcade stick. Again, since they are high sellers, it's clearly not the case for being the "worst idea". And again, no where do I claim these are the "best". So what exactly are you arguing? You do understand there are different people with different tastes and interests, right? You don't like them? That's fine with me. But are you really just arguing an opinion now? Have you constructed one or have seen one in action to make you claims? Your feedback is welcomed, but I hope they're based on actual personal experience.
If its not good dont say it is. End of story.
koifishstudio In other words, you have nothing else to prove your point, because you had no point. I explain my Tek-Cases for exactly what they are, and they perform just as described, and I made it clear how they are meant to perform. If you can't bother to review those details on my site, then that's your problem, not mine. Stop looking silly by trying to pick a fight over nothing. Other than that, you're entitled to your own opinion. Other people are entitled to theirs and my customer's interests tell me the story of whether to continue production or not. And currently, production is still going. But by all means, feel free to ask Tek-Case users what their opinions are. There are TH-camrs and others in the fighting game community showing their cases off. And for them, my Tek-Cases are "good" for their purposes. But you don't have to take my word for it. Feel free to ask them.
You all need to get some hitbox-style prefabs on ur site. These cases are amazing but having to design the face urself for a hitbox is ominous to new players.
Thanks. There is a Hitbox config option in the Tek-Case drop down selection for the button configurations.
+☆AXI☆ Get back to work, Pedro!
So your BlazBlue-themed stick has Warmachine at the bottom. Ok.
Looks awesome, but seems a bit flimsy. Any information on this?
If you still needed an answer on this, i get my case tmrw, and ill prolly build it over the weekend and let you know
GamingReel how did it go if you don't mind me asking?
I wanna know too
what size screws and bolts do the hori sticks use? also would this work on the tekken 5 model?
damn, that gundam case is SICK!
Is your site down right now? If so how long will it be down for?
Hi, amazing case, really amazing, im planning to build a home made Fightpad, and that´s why im end here, can i ask you what are you using to cut that acrilic transparent plastic?, thanks, and congratulations for what a magnificent piece of case, you are great pal !
There was a minor breach on my site and it has been dealt with. Everything should be clear now with new defensive measures in place. Thanks!
