Hey Maria, for the white bread have you tried the Daves Killer Bread White done right? Not sure if you have. I know it's pricey but if you live near a bakery outlet we live near one ours sells the ones that are closer to the best buy date and I freeze it. They do hamburger buns and hot dog rolls too in the white done right. It's usually like $2 at the bakery outlet. It tastes really good I cannot tell the difference. Maybe that can help.

If it helps with the jars of sauce, if you are going to use the whole thing, Take a nice and stab the seal on the top of the lid. It pokes a hole in it which pops the seal and then they are usually easy to open.

I love protein shakes in coffee too. SO good. Great idea.

I would've loved tht game as a kid. I love how you were able to show us what you were doing with your kiddos without showing them. You know I always love that you keep them private. It's so respectful and also refreshing.

I am sure you are doing this as I know you are excellent at what you do. But did you do the protein for the cooked meat 5 oz? I know that it is higher in protein as that is almost one and a half servings uncooked. Just curious in case anyone else is. I am working with a dietician to lose a bunch of weight and I'm struggling. Over 40 and in perimenopause. We are working on so many things and I am so grateful for people who do what you do. My gut health is improving so much. I was diagnosed with GERD years ago and I was able to get off of Prilosec and feel like crap every day from Gerd to only having occasional issues. Thank you for doing what you do showing us what you are doing and giving us little tidbits along the way. I can't wait to see what else you have to show us and teach us. Depending on where you see this going. you could start a group on one of the social platforms like a little community where we can all cheer each other on. you are doing amazing friend.

I don't know if Sams sells the Kodiak cakes but costco does it's a huge box for like $10. Also the quest chips. My favorite one is the loaded taco. I make nachos with them. The nacho cheese ones are good too. I don't like the ones that look like cheetos though. But the ones that look like cheezits are really good. Especially the spicy chesse ones.
