Thanks so much for subscribing! Yes Hilton does have seasonal employees. No unfortunately not to get those hotel benefits you’ll have to work there for some time. And you’ll need to be hired through Hilton and not a staffing company.

I work at a Marriott. I like the job. Only thing I don't like is that the housemen take our tips. So, I try to check most of my vacant rooms before they strip them. My old job was a smaller hotel, and we didn't have a housemen.
I completely understand that! I had the same issue while I was working at Hilton. How are your mangers at Marriott?
Never New we had to pay for a room and tip you to clean tbh
Tipping is optional. Just like you tip for food to show your appreciation for the service.
