I wish I had read these comments before purchasing. It isn’t difficult to put together a good instruction manual. Instead your company chooses to upset customers and your answers to comments are absolutely useless. Maybe you don’t speak English. If that’s the case, you can hire someone to write the manual for you. Horrible company

Hi, I lost the final two nuts that connect the composter to the frame. Duh! I contacted the EJWOX team and they were very helpful. The small screws for the container are 1/2 inch screws with 8mm nuts. The bolts screws that connect the composter to the frame are 2 1/2 inch bolts with 10mm locking nuts. I hope that helps someone.

a few notes, 1. you need to look for the arrows on the outer shell. it took me a while to find. 2. when you add the side panels, it is helpful to use a regular screw driver as a lever to push the prongs that fit into the botton and top of the side panels into place. 3. it would be helpful to have the actual screw and nut sizes in case we lose them. I lost the nuts for long screws that hold the composter to the frame. but I found this video helpful. the animated video shared below is also helpful. As is another video avaiable for this composter on utube.

This video needs to be put straight into the compost pile with all the other crap......it was good for nothing.

As others have stated, this is a useless video. It's basically reading the useless instruction booklet to you. No mention of the screws or nuts and where to put them. I figured it out, at least I think I did it right.

This is not healthy, never drink pure juice like this, it will damage your liver, very fast if you drink daily, always drink fruit juice with the pulp, the pulp contains fiber, the fiber will slow down absorption of sugar, sugars in fruits are called fructose, do some research on fructose.

I agree with everyone else - this video and the instructional book are pathetically inadequate. Photos that are an inch and a half? In this day and age??? Neither book nor video has any explanation of how the panels fit into the body. It turns out the center portion overlaps the body one way, and the sides the opposite way. The square holes in the panels have to catch the crosses on the panels to which they are connecting in one finicky way, or there are gaps. Why aren't there closeups in the video and the book? The only thing useful on the video is the highlight of lining up the arrows on the door piece and the body piece, since this not clear in the book. Also, as another reviewer here points out, the nut that comes with the bolt attaching the axle to the stand is too small. I bought this composter because the reviews of its function were good, and because I saw there was an instruction video. If I'd watched the video first, I'd have bought a different item. It's not like there aren't plenty of equivalent composters with equally good reviews of how they work.

You go from saying where the door panel goes and skip over how the wall panels go on. Not a useful video. And I'm not the type that complains on instruction videos

This is by far the worst manual and instruction I have seen for any product. Every other comment here is absolutely true. The company doesn’t even respond to these continual comments. Like someone else said they should be ashamed. I bought this on amazon and will give the worst rating possible because of this, even if the tumbler works.

The video isn't the most helpful thing, but if you open a box and see 56 screws and think "huh this thing must just snap together!" Then you have bigger problems than this video.

It's great simple to follow but I have problems with last screw/bolt, too long and does not fit correctly which is not covered.

Found the last panel would not easily attach with the short screws so improvised with longer screws from my shed.

This is the most useless instructional video ever. You need to show how to use the screws. And at around 1:50 you skip from having just the doors to having all of the side panels attached.

Such a lovely lady with a good voice but...are you kidding? This is trash. I bought this on Amazon and there was NO warning that it was cryptic (I'm being polite here).

The dumbest instructions video I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure I can call it “instructions” when it was just a display of “here are all the parts” .... “now that you’ve put these parts together...” “ok now you’re done! Yay composting!” 🤬🤦🏻‍♀️

This video and the instruction booklet accompanying the product are an embarrassment. Both this video and the booklet make no mention of the 50+ screws needed to attach the panels together. If someone didn’t know better, they could easily assume that the panels were meant to snap together without the screws. No idea why something so basic and necessary would be excluded from all assembly instructions.

What the heck is all that annoying camera clicking noise in the video??

A huge bag of nuts and bolts and not a WORD about when and where? Yeah, I can guess but isn't the point of the video to show how to put all the pieces together?

Can you share what filtration bags you used and where you got them?

What about all the screws. I did not see anything in the video about using them?
