From past personal experiences, I’d say: - Leave when you’re certain you can self-support yourself financially until you find another job. - When you feel unhappy fulfilling your job description. - When you feel the need to be in a bigger or better work environment. - When your contribution to the company isn’t recognized or celebrated, especially if you play a vital role. - When your co-workers/superior/boss is toxic. You won’t function properly and your growth might be hindered. Ask the God you serve to lead you, and for the discernment to know when to leave 🤍✨
