NOTE: IF the roll pin does NOT fit, You may have to open up the role pin holes located on the bottom of bayonet lug with a drill bit. Just take yr time when doing this. I didnt have to do this because the roll pin fit.
Confirming Zero on GALIL ARM
มุมมอง 5313 ปีที่แล้ว
After windage and elevation adjustments were made on last range session..I wanted to confirm the Zero on the JRA Galil ARM. The ammunition used was 55 Grain Remington UMC .223 and 55 Grain Wolf Steel Case .223. The Galil was fired at a distance of 100 meters (109.4 yards) at a 12x 16 inch Steel Target. Note: The steel target was slightly obscured from tall grass. The final results were 19/20 hi...

India buy this from Israel great gun. 😊
Damn you old man, so confusing!
I’m hoping to zero my Golani here soon. I think it zeros at 25/330 yards with one aperture and 550 yards with the second aperture. 300 and 500 meters. Also I read somewhere that the elevation can be adjusted using a valve stem removal tool (the larger one).
คือมันเป็นสงครามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไปแล้วมันต้องใช้ระบบตัดสัญญาณนู่นนั่นนี่มากมาย
Is there a rear mag eject as an option or just the front like an AR10 / AR15?
Nonsense.... Checkout Army training guideline for 12 click - 250yd "Battlesight Zero" at 25yd range for M1 Garand (or M14).... good day sammy
Over acting
I have a un-issued 59/66 I bought from SOG years ago I gotta check this out....... thanks, MB.
India purchased this k2a killer becoz we need this also 😅😂
I have an issue with my Yugo SKS similar to this and I wish it was caused by corrosive ammo. I bought mine recently and unfortunately the previous owner somehow bent the part of the barrel that holds those pieces into place. It makes it impossible to move the button without using a punch. I plan on getting a file and slowly grind back the section that is bent in. It’s bent in from the top so grinding it back slightly shouldn’t affect the chamber or barrel at all.
Sounds like you bought it from a “gun bubba”. Id bring it to a competent gun smith before doing that. Or at the very least buy some replacement parts from Apex just in case things get messed up during the process
when was it calibrated to M2 ball ammo? I know the original ammo was the M1906 ammo, that was followed by the M1 Ball after the WW1 debacle, then M2 was a substitute until it became a replacement. Is there a chart to identify which is which? What would be correct on a 1918 Rock Island, apparently unrestored?
Just boomers leaving a camera on.
1:7 actually. At least mine is.
🇦🇺😎👍🎄
Very cool Negev I like it
Nice
👍 well done
Very nice!
I bought an X95 a few weeks ago and have had a lot of failure to feeds. Especially with steel rounds. I had 8 PMAGS gen 3 with brass and 4 had a failure as well. The first day I noticed a lot of brass particulate in the gun when I cleaned it. Today I had less failure to feeds. I’m debating on returning it for warranty repair. I’m thinking there is something wrong with the gas system or it’s having an issue feeding for some other reason. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you
lol ex idf here def not how we did things wouldn't stick my hand in there like that, and we do cycle it

Great video
every video i saw was SORELY LACKING IN SPECIFIC DETAILS LIKE which sight to use when and how to align for distance. it seems they all assumed way too much, like how to ACTUALLY ADJUST AND WHICH SIGHT WORKS BEST. NONE explained the 5 different rear sight notches or peeps nor how to ACTUALLY ALIGN them. Your vide was much more detailed and precise. it helped alot... thank you
Thx thats why i made the vid
Thanks!
Thanks bro

As soon as I saw the shoulder-bump technique for folding the stock, I pulled out my Galil and did it several times. Little things like that put the stupidest grin on my face.
Did it work like in the video?
This was super helpful. Thanks you!
No prob man.
Not helpful rhat this is the mirror image. Elevation is on the LEFT, windage is on the RIGHT. The windage adjustment clip is correct, elevation adjustment clip is not :(
Horrible...
Yes, that was helpful.
Hey man i hope i dont bother you too much with this request but, any chance you could send me the manual? If you can just send me pictures of it so i can print them. My gallant didnt come with a manual and i tried asking jra for ir but they sent me something different to this 🤦♂️
I had to clean the hole that goes to the barrel as well.....sometimes burnt powder will accumulate and clog it up. Cleaned mine with Hopped and pipe stem cleaners.
Thank you for this. I got an original Galil, but it is definitely NOT zeroed!
Follow the steps in vid and zero it yrself

For anyone wondering these are for AK-100 series rifles not AKm
no b33?
В чём особенность?
What is it that makes this short-stroke piston system inaccurate? I mean, if the effective range barely meets 150yds(according to different forums), what is the issue? I live the overall design of this rifle, but there are many discussions about it's accuracy being subpar. Does anyone have any further info about this? If I am going to put $$ on this, is it a worthy platform for example, hunting?
Learned nothing.
Where did you get this parts? I get the same problem
What parts are u asking about?

Mine don't have a C notch sight, wtf
Is this IDF Defender from counter strike? (cs 1.6, cs:cz, cs:s)
Both aren't same galil because cs source has 5.56 version and cs 1.6 cs:cz has 7.62 nato version you can see the differences from their mags 7.62 nato have 25 round 5.56 nato have 35 round.
Don't use Allen wrenches that come with Zenitco ones I had those cheap Allen wrenches snap flush in the charging handle screws.
On the last tip I made the mistake of letting the bolt go forward and wedging the round, so do I need to get it taken in? Or do is there a way for me to clear the jam myself?
Same
You can ram the round out from the front of the gun, but does violate safety rules (safety on, bolt to the rear but gun is still loaded and you’re putting your hand in front of the barrel). OR better way is using a paint can opener or similar tool, you can reach in and pry the case/round out. It’s a handy tool to have on you with any rifle.
@@yzhou05 it’s alright I got it out by brute forcing the bolt backwards. There wasn’t any internal damage and it came out alright. I was just being really delicate with it.
That guy is legit
Need a how to video on that shoulder slap trick.
Its easy, just pause and replay until u get it
I have about 2000 rounds down this gun and it's a fantastic rifle.
Just got my Tavor 7... so now a question of utmost importance... Can you change the stock colors? Got a black one and I'm jealous of the FDE ones with the black foregrip!
U can always paint it the color u want..idk if IWI sells different colored furniture or not..i dont believe they do unless you buy a seperate rifle. There are a few guys that have cerakoated or painted their own stocks. Im not gonna do that because it will decrease the value of the rifle but its yr gun do wht u want.
I hear you OD is my choice: unavailable. I'm jealous))
Ceracoat?
