In low elo (plat and below) no body likes to call strats or plays no matter how basic and everyone does their thing, this here is the main thing costing games. I started climbing when i started giving directions in the round, ie a bit of igl-ing to my best capacity, and NEVER flame or blame, keep up a good spirit, and my wins increased quite a bit!

I'll have to disagree with this, CS isn't a new game anymore it's been out for a decade as such it has been more or less optimized to perfection, valve does care for cs and you can see it with the daily and weekly updates we get, the MM needs some fixing but I don't blame it to them, they can't do much about it without making a totally invasive anticheat like valo has
