We are high school sweethearts💞, got married in February 2020 (just before the world came to a halt 🦠) and have dreamt of traveling the 🌎 together since we can remember, and we’re only getting started! The saying “Work hard, play harder” is something we live by and our play is TRAVEL; Be it some place 10 miles or a 1000 miles from home.

We took this ferry on our way home from Gir Gujarat and we definitely saved road trip hours while adding a scenic experience to our travel 🌊
You can travel in this ferry with your two-wheeler, four-wheeler. If you aren’t traveling with your vehicle, they also have pick and drop service on a pre-booking basis. 🚎
The ferry has three classes - Executive (195 seats), Business (78 seats) and Cambay Lounge (10 seats)
Apart from the delays, we had a good experience on the ferry, the snacks, the music and the waves gave us good company! 🎵 🍔🥤🧃

How to reach that hotel ? From Somnath or junagarh?
Hi the resort is located in Gir area, you can easily catch the best travel option to gir from somnath/junagarh. For us, we had our private vehicle for travel!
It is a 3-star service at 5-star price. Check-in takes 30 minutes standing, without any curtseys by the reception at desk. No one care for the baggage, even though the room is not alloted. One gets the premium Room after one hour delay. Food at restaurant is bland. Rice has no taste. Room Service takes 3-4 phone calls, 30 minutes to reach . Sea View room, windows are such that one has to go to window to get a sea view !! A warning is written in room, that anyone may be outside the glass window to clean the room between 10-18hrs !! compare this to similar priced: Trident-Npt, Taj Lands End, Oberoi, they score double that this property.

We booked the gypsy through the travel desk of Club Mahindra resort where we were staying, you can approach the travel desk at the resort where you are planning to stay or you can find the gypsy drivers everywhere on the roads.
