The 14th Amendment was passed to grant citizenship to formerly enslaved people and to guarantee equal rights for all citizens. It was part of a series of amendments passed after the Civil War as part of the Reconstruction program. It's purpose was never inclusive of illegal immigrants giving birth in the United States.

No, the draft that was finalized only includes citizens who could be held to jurisdiction. Immigrants who aren’t citizens can not be held to account because they aren’t of our jurisdiction. It’s Dems and Libs, majority, a few Reps who’ve allowed the defining statement of the 14th amendment to be assumed in how it’s been allowed to be justified. Any state or federal employee that stands in defiance to our constitution and executive orders risks being arrested and impeached. South Americans have their own country culture and land, it’s not the US’s responsibility to fix their country. Their people need to go back and grow and stop relying on us to solve their problems or we might as just absorb them into the US same for Canada.

The constitution says what it says. Doesn't matter if you don't like it. It is the highest law in the land. You can't override a constitutional ammendment with an executive action.
