Wow...some people on here need to research basic electronic principles. I'm a novice myself and just got one of these to diagnose a short on my PS5 game console. First learn to have patience and do your home work before you destroy the thing you want to fix. Before you use this device learn about what a short actually is. For a start learn the difference between a dead short to ground and a through short. To identify whether voltage injection is neccesary it must be a dead short to ground and you need to test it with Ohm's readings. Continuity mode won't tell you that. For a device to qualify for voltage injection, the short must be less than 1Ohm. It must not be associated with any silicon chip through a mosfet and finally you must identify the voltage rail the short is on and set the voltage accordingly. You need to know all that or you'll cause further damage. Its all on youtube just spend a bit of time learning this stuff. You should not blindly start injecting voltage onto componants you can't even identify by name.

Hello, i have a MC2100 control board my motor would start in full speed then stop, so i replaced the IRFP250N MOSFET then it satrted to work normally but the moment you walk on treadmill, very weak power, (then once I started to walk on the treadmill it lost power and stoped, again, same thing would do turn on full speed for couple sec and stop,), so i changed it again and works fine but dramatically LOSS OF POWER, (just like last time, so i assume that as soon as i would walk on it it will kill the MOSFET again) what can cause it? please help.

Replace IRFP250 still doesn't work, and with the same problem, that treadmill starts a few seconds rather than stopping.
