why 165 ? it's pork or beef right ? why not 145 ? 165 is for fowl
You’re welcome to cook it how you like. It’s not a steak. At 165 it’s incredible juicy and moist (unlike a pork chop or steak)

Is there a benefit to coconut oil over mineral oil? I have never considered using anything else 😂
No. That’s fine. Coconut oil is just easier (and often cheaper) for me to get my hands on.

We just got hit directly by hurricane Helene at a category 4.. I had some bananas in my freezer that are now thawing, along with a dozen eggs that need to be used soon.. so I figured I’d try to make banana bread either in my chiminea, propane grill or charcoal grill… seems like charcoal grill is going to be the chosen one. Thanks for this video!!!

The “pork butt” is actually the front shoulder of the pig. You can use the term synonymously.

You cooked the buns too early, they'll be cold and hard.
Na. They’re actually perfect if you do them right before or at the same time as the burgers. The burgers only take a couple minutes.

It really depends on the brizzy. A good one with good fat content would handle pushing past. A lower grade one that looks like it’s getting dry needs help from the wrap. This one was good, but not great. A really good one needs no wrap at all - until the rest.

Don't do ANY of these things!! NEVER smoke fish over 180, NEVER put it on the smoker while it's still wet from the packaging, ALWAYS brine your fillet before smoking and ALWAYS dry thoroughly enough to form a pelicle!!
