I'm so sad that I had to leave the school 😭

It certainly doesn't apply to COVID SAFETY or TRAFFIC SAFETY, on their Rose Villa retirement community project in Oak grove Oregon For the past year I've had to put up with swarms of unmasked workers walking to and from their cars. They park blocking mailboxes, damaging front lawns and making the road too narrow to safely drive though.

It is simply amazing how restoring these heritage building to their former glory can raise your spirits in these difficult tiimes and make you wonder why there is a stronger movement to protect,, preserve and restore our heritage buildings which give us so much inspiration where sterile modern buildings can't. Kudos to Mr. Russell for preserving these and other landmark buildings in Portland.

My heartfelt thanks for the beautiful restoration of this historic building. It is exciting to see.

Phenomenal! I've watched this building with excitement over the years ever since I first heard it was to be restored. We in Portland have lost too many jewels to time or the wrecking ball - it's very gratifying to see the love and attention put into this effort to save our history.

Bremik - Does your "vision to Be the Best contractor in Oregon" include a complete disregard for the residents near or next to your construction sites? City code stipulates that construction can only begin after 7am. Those of us with PTSD are being affected on a regular basis by your team starting at 6:30 AM with loud 2x4 drops,, sheet drop offs of trucks and other loud bangs that sound very much like gun/artillery fire. We are not ready for that, we have to get up super early and "prepare for INCOMING!!!" PLEASE STOP BREAKING THE LAW AND STRESSING US OUT UNNECESSARILY.
