Rebuild the jet gun and heat up the light from that hole in the wall or emp the bus under it and try it there. Or maybe emp the light. Although I know that once the orbs appear if u take and place a turbine at the lamp post at the edge of town a laser comes from the tower to the lamp post. Do that with the verticies and u will unlock the next audio file. U really need to do a follow up.

Im not trying to sound like a dick but am i the only one who sees theres no possible way of another bus route? maybe if they added something yeah but other than that around the outside of the bus route theres nothing but empty land used to show scenery:/ but who knows i could be wrong.

See how the the blue orb is on the traffic light? Perhaps you could change the lights and change the bus route? If not, perhaps you could get the electric boss to shoot the clocks to change them?

There could be a power source you have to turn on i the area, hence the light itself flashing red and when you find the source it turns green. the orbs could be indicators of where to do stuff.

try emp'ing the bus under the traffic lights then you can get on top of the bus and use it
