    Very interesting news. I have 2 friends who were taken advantage of by Nigerian ladies. They got married to these my friends, their fellow African brother, then quickly divorced them in about 2 years after having their green cards. We later realized that these ladies were married in Nigeria. They had frozen their eggs not to get pregnant, and all their plans were to reunite with their husbands in Nigeria. Be careful y'all.

    Our case was denied Marriage based due to my wife's Birth certificate, I send the Translation by professional, they received Summit Processsing center on 18th Dec, 2023, how long it's going to take...Thank You A copy of the applicant's long-form birth certificate or other primary birth record issued by the appropriate civil authority or acceptable secondary evidence of the applicant's birth and an original written statement on government letterhead stating the reason that the applicant's birth record does not exist. Any foreign language documents must be accompanied by a complete English translation. You have not established that you are eligible for adjustment under INA 245. Therefore, USCIS must deny your Form I-485. See 8 CFR, sections 103.2(b)(11) and (12).

    Dear friends, we would greatly appreciate the feedback here? My father was waiting for the i485 results and traveled on advanced parole outside of the USA. UCGIS recently rejected the i485 giving reason to "Effect of departure". "... the record fails to show that you were in possession of a valid advance parole travel document (Form I-512) or a valid H or L nonimmigrant visa or status upon departure." However, my dad had advance parole issued two weeks before the departure. Can he go for a motion to reopen the I485 case, that is I-290B? any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

    USCIS only cares about organizational marriage scams. In brief, I wrote many emails and letters to USCIS that my marriage was fraudulent BEFORE they removed conditions from her green card. No response at all. No questions, no interview, phone call, nothing. In the letters I requested an interview or for USCIS to contact me as soon as possible. They totally ignored my reports and happily removed conditions anyway. I then wrote multiple follow up letters as I was shocked they did this. No response. Later, she applied for citizenship and I wrote MULTIPLE emails and letters to multiple USCIS offices including the marriage fraud office, local field offices, Washington DC administrators office. Assistant administrator's office and several other immigration offices. NO RESPONSE. No interview,no phone call, letter, NOTHING. They happily awarded her American citizenship after at least 18 emails and letters. My assessment is they dont care and have no interest.

    Hello! I have a pending i-485 filed concurrently with an approved i-140 EB2-NIW. I am waiting for the Advanced Parole approval to visit my country. I also had an i-129 L1-B extension that my company will revoke. The fact I may have a revoked L1-B extension can be a problem when I try to return to the US with the Advance Parole, to resume my green card application process which is based on the my EB2-NIW approved process?

    USCIS finds legitimate excuses for legal immigrants so they can accuse them of fraud, which USCIS itself is fraud, but they now allow and accept millions of false and fraudulent asylum cases as we speak! So who is committing the actual fraud? USCIS is a scam , a money making business

    • @WinningLaw
      @WinningLaw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, you will be considered a parolee, since you entered on Advance Parole (AP). If you want to reenter as an H-1B holder, you will need to make an appointment at your local consulate and apply for an H-1B visa and enter using the H-1B visa. You should speak with your immigration attorney to avoid issues. (Also, our channel has moved. Search for "Winning Law (Advance)" for new videos.

      Unfortunately, it is. Remember, receiving immigration benefits is a privilege and not a right. Rescheduling appointments take a lot of time depending on how fast or slow a service center is in rescheduling the appointments. I filed a I290b because immigration put the wrong issues date on my greencard and I filed a I90 first to replaced it they asked for evidence I tried to send it through my online account they denied it saying I didn’t provide enough evidenced via mail my main questions is how long does the I-290b progress takes?

    • @WinningLaw
      @WinningLaw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Based on your comment, it appears that you should not have filed the I-290B, since this for appealing a denial - and not for correcting mistakes on the Green Card. Instead, the I-90 form is used to fix mistakes. The processing times for the I-290B petition varies, but in our experience USCIS will respond within 3-12 months on these. 90% really? That is astounding. I am helping an asylum seeker who thinks he can do it himself. I will use this to try to persuade him to use an attorney.

      I apologize for not responding sooner. Our channel has changed. The approval/denial rates for immigration judges is available online. It is not a secret and this information should be shared so that our elected officials can do something about it. (Also, our channel has moved. Hello. I hope someone could lead me towards the right path. My sister's husband married her so he could come to the usa. Shes a usa citizen but currently living abroad and waiting for her husband to get a job and buy an apartment etc..... now she needs him but hes sort of backing off. They have been married for 3 years. And the number 1 biggest problem is that she was sort of a special child. Now an adult btw. If she was 100% normal, this wouldn't be happening. So he basically used her. Is there anyway he can be deported?

    "Prosecuted go home and Prosecuted again and then left their country" one time you got lucky to escape but you have to test your luck and go getting prosecuted again???? What it you end up in a body bag this second time?? I think you prosecuted once and managed to escape don't go back just cause USA wants you to so you can prove your case that's just absurd to me.

Please subscribe here to receive the latest videos: th-cam.com/channels/3iWhDAw3elpljr8t1UAbBQ.html As for your question, if you do not have a visa to return to the U.S., you will need travel permission, such as advance parole. Aside from this, I am concerned about your J-1 visa. Most J-1 holders are subject to a 2-year foreign residency requirement that prohibits them from obtaining a different immigration classification, including permanent residency, until they leave the country and remain abroad for at least 2-years. If you travel, I recommend speaking with an immigration attorney, because you may be subjected to secondary inspection at the airport and refused reentry.
