With the KJV I use a Strongs Exhaustive Concordance to look up the word definitions.

Yes, the KJV is God's preserved word in the English language, all other versions have been corrupted and are based on different manuscripts.

I was 225 lbs on average in 2024 and I am 218 lbs currently but coming down to 202 or 204 lbs for 2025; the New Year. By the end of March. I have some dominance finally because for the majority of my life I was trapped in submission and when I escaped it there were no instructions but the way was opened but nobody in the world ever taught me anything ever. So I do read the Bible. I have a Tyndale and I mostly go with Tyndale commentary books. I study powers which means that there are rules. You have the sun on your necklace, it is a nature symbol, it does say in the bible not to worship the sun or the stars or the moon, in the Old Testament, however it says lots of things that can be taken out of context. You know I would only go by things if they started to hurt my body. That is the indicator to me if I need to change something and I am talking about my own objects that I wear, I mean that about myself and what I use.

NKJV: 136:1 Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. 2 Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. Have you spotted the difference between the two versions? KJV emphasized “he”, “his” in a small letter. While NKJV “He”, “His” is emphasized with capital letter. I do have KJV but I love to use NKJV because of this.

Other versions are catholic versions ...coming from Alexandria Egypt!!

You need a balance between your self and others

It appears to be a thinline Bible. Usually the one the woman in the video is holding is among the best to give to new believers. However, if the new believer is an elderly person or farsighted person; the text in thinline Bibles are usually too small. Many elderly people and farsighted people as well as those with various vision problems needs a larger print. Usually basic Bibles are the best for new believers, though the inquisitive new believers may benefit best from Bibles with light commentary notes in the margins or bottom of page; but Thompson and Life Application Bibles may be overwhelming to them. Such annotated Bibles is best provided when a person has been a believer for about a year or so depending on spiritual majority, but not all will want that for similar reasons as the Sister in Christ in this video.

God bless you but sadly people do not speak in King James language any more. I know as I grew up with it! If you want that text, try the new king James version which irons out the anachronisms.

Hard to come by fellow young folk who aren't afraid to go against the grain with the Book. May the Lord bless you with more and more light from the Book as you study it; and the humility to purge out things in your life that don't please the Lord, as they are revealed to you. 2 Peter 3:10-14.

A big problem with the era of social media is folks sticking their noses in each other's business, always hungry to find out whats going on in other people's lives. The apostle Peter warned against this (1 Peter 4:15). May God bless your path with more and more light as you live by the Book (Proverbs 4:18)

The King James Bible is THE Holy Bible, its got power unlike the other books called bibles (Ecclesiastes 8:4). Reading the Book is important but its also important to study it by its own internal rules of interpretation (Nehemiah 8:8).

I like the expositor study Bible words King James and it has notes in read that explains the verses. You can accept the explanation or not.

The King James is actually considered Modern English. The Wycliffe Translation is closest to Old English, but it is written in Middle English.

We have secular governments, they are so called corrupted by mankind and Jesus in heaven will judge according that this is all corrupt or out of order. If we had a Monarchy than it is a religous government instead of a secular government. That is different and like I said the mistake that they made is that if there was a kingship than that is only the head without a body. The body is a queen monarchy and together it forms an Angel. The head and the body so if they do that than Jesus will be forced to come down to the earth because well I'm not telling them everything yet, okay!

The KJV is mathematical. It is also from the uncorrupted texts. There is a TH-cam video from “Truth is Christ” that goes through the mathematics of it & also Robert Breaker goes through the origins of it. That convinced me that God’s hands were on this English translation. Only God could make the pure mathematical stuff happen. The other texts in the newer translations were put together & corrupted along the way to suit man.

For someone who wants to read the KJV without the disputed books in an affordable format, the Bible you recommend is an excellent one, and certainly would be the only one a "minimalist" would need. My old eyes need a larger font. I use a KJV Large Print "Turquoise". It contains the letter from the translators to the reader, which I believe should (but not must) be read by anyone who reads the King James Translation. The KJV translators also translated the disputed books. All of the Protestants who taught Sola Scriptura believed the disputed books were edifying, but were not scripture for all time. The First Book of Macabees

The only Bible you need is the one you will read and that isn’t the Jehovah’s Witness bible or the Latter Day Saints Bible. Maybe the chosen or message version as well.
