I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the unresolved issue of the undelivered product from Groomie. Despite previous correspondence and assurances, I have yet to receive the item in question. It is unacceptable that after repeated attempts to resolve this matter, including contacting Groomie directly, I am still left without a resolution. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to escalate this issue further. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report the inadequate service and failure to deliver the product as promised. Additionally, I am preparing to file a report with the Missouri Attorney General's office for potential internet fraud due to the charge on my PayPal account without receiving the corresponding product. This situation has caused undue stress and wasted a significant amount of my time. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please provide confirmation of how you intend to rectify this issue immediately.

I feel I have tried every type of trimmer on the planet, from the ones like these to the others like Braun etc. They all leave me still having to use a traditional razor for me to get that baby bottom smooth feel. I am African American. How is this different from the others, and will it give me the smooth feel so I won't need to use a razor?

All of those accessories you have to pay extra for. They don't come automatically unless you order it that way and of course it costs more money than just buying the Groomie shaver.

It doesn't come with pre shave lotion, you have to purchase that separately.

It takes me a little longer than 3 minutes to shave my head completely and evenly. More like 8-10 minutes for me. I love my Groomie!😂

He forgot to show us to use soap as well. That's even in the instructions if you read the instruction manual. Please, clean with mild soap, like body wash,everytime you clean, which cleaning should be done every single time that you use your Groomie. Amen.

My blades don't open that way either, from the looks of no replies to any of these comments. Fellas, we've been duped again. We will find a product that will give us what they advertise, with exceptional customer service. AMEN😂😂😂😂
