    I don’t know what happened to me but I used to be a good swimmer and go under water without a problem but after getting sick from coughing and wheezing, I can’t be under water for long. Another problem I have now is everytime I go under water and I come back out, water is running out from my nose and mouth. And I get anxiety that I can’t breath because water are still coming out from my nose. 😢

    HI, thank you for the good tips! I have developed a problem with my diaphragm. When I swimming freestyle it sort of blocks after a few lanes, my neck muscles overload and get really tight, and I can´t swim any longer. I am not sure how that happened, I must have got into a bad breathing habit while focusing on becoming fast...I guess. Now I am trying to solve the problem and I want to revisit my breathing technic. I like your tips about mouth breathing. How would you include exercises for nose breathing in the training? for instance in a 50 meters lane. could be for instance a good idea to do 25 meters nose breathing and the last 25 meters of mouth breathing, or alternate the two? Thank you for the video channel!

    @4:03 “focus your suck”. I pretty much laughed out loud! On a serious note, I know breathing is my biggest problem. I can swim 1200m pretty easily with a snorkel but I have a harder time (slower) without. I breath every other stroke (every right arm stroke). I’m not sure if it’s volume or exhaling or? I think next time I’ll try to use the snorkel but only inhale on the right arm stroke. Maybe that will get me in time with my stroke.
