How to make a Standard Operating Procedure
The music is distracting. I want to hear the words but I can't.
Awesome, thanks for your great video 🎉😊
You got my like for quoting red green show at the end. Still giggling
Thank you.
The last part lol
I have been filling propane every single day and let me tell you, the fumes are enough to give me a headache on some days but hey, I’d rather be filling up propane to help out my coworkers
This is an awesome idea, save your back, you only get one.
Plastic crates and a rotating fork attachment are a lot more safe n effective. So much wasted movements doing this
The man read the book for sure.. lol..
Our load builder of 24 years is gonna kick himself for not thinking of this sooner.
Please do a video about the basic use of a forklift
No lie I watch this everyday at work for my tank good job 🙌🏾 👏🏾
What is the Best bit to use for cutting out the latch bore in a steel door? Norfield number please?
Love the tag line!
So, how exactly do you retrieve the hopper if it somehow falls into that larger bin?
A chain and your forks
Who else Is at work watching this
Im also weary doing it on the equipment after running it for awhile.
Easy after u used to it
REPENT AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST BEFORE ITS TOO LATE 🔴
Amen! Thank you for continuing to remind others!
Do not fill a tank on a forklift! You're wearing ppe but you can catch a charge
I hope the men appreciate it too since this is what I do at work everyday since the night shift boys never do it 🤣🤣🤣🤌
nice real world practical instruction. i would offer as another layer of safety, attach a small diameter, 6-8' hose on the bleeder valve. secure it to the filler hose. this will help keep propane away from forklift and operator thanks again
we never filled them sideways, or attached. Ithink that was regulations
and an explosion.
Better, yet still not kosher under OSHA. Look into fail-safe mezzanine safety gates. Global Industrial, for one. These flip-flop types help assure positive passive fall protection during both halves of the operation (in-use, done).
is this 2 cubic yard dumpster?
Holy fuck dude this is like if a Mormon wrote the rule book on dumpster operation. I get what you're doing but holy shit nobody has ever turned off the lift before dumping. Wtf. Out of gear, parking break on. Dump.
can I get my time back? DUDE ! You never held it up and let us see a finished product. Not going into the pocket door frame making business.
appreciate the run down
Imagine actrually driving your forklift like that 😂 my job would sack me
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Shhhhhhhhh, OSHA might be watching 😇😇😇😇😇
why not come down on the edge of the dumpster to close it ?
Good video, kinda overfilled the cylinder a bit. pump ran for 5 seconds after liquid appeared .
Appreciate this video A lot! Really helped when I had to do it for work lol
Great to hear!
Exchange is safer
safer for who? they both get refilled
@@jchan3123 safer for whoever is spray filling on site. Its done on a scale at the propane facility. Much safer
@@dorkdorkerson3376 it’s plenty safe
@@thelasttimeiateasswasabout9351 Its not safer than filling on a scale but ok
I guess the 10 ft from source of spark doesn't apply to this? 😮
I was told that it was an osha guideline to take off the propane tank from the lift. Is that correct?
I have heard the same thing, but never seen it on paper. All my trainers and local propane reps say its not nessesery.
Thank you this video helped alot
Glad it helped
Thank you. Now I won't miss a step. You did it just the way I was taught. Tomorrow, I will be able to do it on my own. I was shocked when you said -44 degrees. Wow, that's horrifyingly cold. Thank you for doing this video. No more trainingnecessary for me.
I enjoy these. Even if you stopped posting them.
Close to what I'm looking for, but still not quite.
dumb
I’ve been looking at our operation with a lean eye for the past 45 days and packaging/material handling is one of our biggest wastes (but easiest fixes!) I may have to steal this idea.
😂😂😂
As someone who is not an employee, I greatly appreciate this information for use in my home shop!
Thanks I only drive for like 3 months a year and forget lol
Awesome! Love the part where he said, "We all look after each other."
Right?!
Very nice! "Making it more lean, the Franklin way." Awesome!
Always!
Great improvement!
Great video! Nice work!
That's AWESOME STUFF!!! What are you guys using for the tracks? Did a Google Search and couldn't find "Shade Dry" Do you have a contact for them?
Thanks! We are using barn door tracks. We do have a contact for them, but i do not have it right this moment. I will get with the guys that do have it and I will add it to the description.
Man!!! You guys are making some GREAT instruction videos!!!! If he had a 12" roofers square he can make the mark all the way across in one swipe. And it looks like if he had a stop at one end he could push the ends up to be flush and not have to worry about it not being lined up. 😁
That is a great suggestion! We will test it out ASAP! Thanks!
This is a FANTASTIC instruction video!!!
