I stopped taking biotin when I found out the high doses in hair vitamins can interfere with blood work. I just take a regular multi vitamin now. My breakouts have ceased too.

You have to increase your water intake when taking the Mary Ruth hair vitamin. I thought you were going to say that the taste is nasty lol

Love the bond curl rehab salve. Found it inTjmaxx and Marshals so I’m stocked up. I’m looking at the Neges Banda tea rinse and the treluxe curl primer. hh cosmetics is an amazing brand I’ve been using the hair vitamins for about 2 months I love it. I do take a multi vitamin ,Geritol, along with it just to get that extra nutrition. My hair is flourishing.

I’m glad you did this video because I was just about to buy that collagen stuff. Metal?? No ma’am. You mentioned your joints feeling better, magnesium does the same thing. I tried it last year and haven’t look back. It comes in the gel, pills and capsules. The pills and capsules are sold at Walmart and the gel on Amazon. It takes the soreness out of your muscles(like when you work out) but it also keeps the stiffness away. But best of all it since it relaxes your muscles you sleep so good almost like taking a muscle relaxant. Thank for the video sis 💜💜

Wearing a cap when I go outside has reduced my hair fall by protecting it from dust and pollution. Washing my hair 3 times weekly with liittlleextra coocoonion shampoo and hair oil has been the key. This routine really works and I've been doing it for 8 months, and I don't have hair fall.

Biotin you have to increase your water intake

I did some research on how to avoid biotin breakouts and I found a video from the TH-cam channel The Health and Beauty Pharmacist where she recommends suplementing biotin with vitamin B5. It worked for me when I took biotin. I recommend watching her video.

I tried the leave in and cream gel together. Amazing! I have some split ends and I noticed a difference from the first use.

Mary Ruth is HIGH but she works!! Haven’t had any breakouts. All I drink is water so that helps with facial breakouts. However, my hair I has been doing very well. I got mine on TikTok for $35 during a sale

I bought this and my hair didn't like it at all, I bought Beyonce hair products when they first came out and they are better for my hair texture. I wish Rhianna much success.

My favorite is the homecurl cream!! Its smells so good, and it's so moisturizing. I use it alone after the shampoo and deep conditioner. It has some hold to it as well, which is a plus!

Nothing can repair split ends. Anytime I hear that it's a red flag. You can only trim split ends.

How often do you reapply moisturizing products? Does it depend on the season? If so, do you use water + product or maybe just water? The reason I ask is because I wonder if some of the product lines which can be used on type 4 hair (like mine) perform best when it's warm and humid outside, like now in the USA. I'd like to see a wintertime launch for type 4 hair when the air is dry, wonder who did that? Hmmm

Did you use the heat protector before you sat under the dryer? Maybe that should have been applied to help in retaining some moisture and not caused your hair to dry out..

Yeah, girl, I'm good . I didn't try Beyonce's line, and I will not be trying this here fenty line. Don't get me wrong, I love fenty , I have some of the skincare and makeup. I'm over it with the celebrity haircare lines, tho...get somebody else to do it.
