Solid list. I like your version since it is similar to mine where I am trying to be more aggressive but resting and dealing with board to preserve life rather then go full defense. I would recommend OP08-050 Namule. It is a blocker that also on play Draw 2 then Top/Bottom 2 from hand. It doesn't exactly mill but it can set up to help unbrick your hand or put 2 useless cards on top to mill with Gavel. Also has the benefit of being a 3 cost so you could potentially play it from trigger with Hatchan. I really like your choice of Fisher Tiger and will be swapping out Carne for that immediately. Another card I use, kind of a meme, is OP06-103 Kawamatsu. Being able to put a 0 power character from board to life for 2 cards from hand is not the greatest advantage. But being able to play Usopp's Pirate Crew to return Sogeking from trash to hand. Play Sogeking to draw 2 trash 2. Attack with Kawamatsu to put Usopp's Crew to life and be able to do it again next turn is something I have to pull off at least once before I retire the combo.

Love the concept of the 2 leader, because the specific combinations generate unique playlines due to the enclosed cardpool.

Yo, I almost have my whole NamiArlong list finished! I just need one Usopp's pirate crew, Belemere, and Sogeking! Im bringing my Proxy list to locals (Just paper saying the names, cost, power, counter, and effects of missing cards) for NamiArlong and RosiSaka in hopes of trying to get some people interested.
