What is a Vacant Land & Tract Home Escrow?
I was raised in Valley Center on Cole Grade Rd 1959. Went to Valley Center School from 3rd grade through 8th, then off to Orange Glen High School (which was a new school then.) I couldn't verify this being my Valley Center. If I did see the Community Hall, it was unrecognizable. (I KNOW what the Community Hall looks like and that ain't it! haha.) Can this really be my old Valley Center?

@@Mark---W if it gets any bigger, we’re unfortunately probably gonna have a city government instead of being unincorporated. Which could lead to the down fall of what Valley Center stands for.
