มุมมอง 1.5K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
IT’S TIME! In this episode, the BIR team achieves an incredible milestone! After two years of digging through the depths below ground, we're finally ready to soar above! Armed with cherry pickers, the JS130, and the 540-170, we’re about to raise the steel portal frame for Building 1-our brand-new logistics hub! Team work makes the dream work look after yourself Oli get really well soon 👍 love watching you
Neat!
You chaps purchased another machine? Cracking video yet again lads 🤙
Yes lads! Top notch video
Smashing it lads 🤙
Use a trowel in the joints of the kerbs to stop them touching and chipping the tops if they move also easy to change if they are damaged but good work 👏🏻👏🏻
You never took the cones out first
Jcb is rubbish... talking for experience, bad wires ect.
Looking good lads did you remove the waxed cones before you stood the stantions?
Coming on well now looks good you’ve all done a great job 👏🏻👏🏻
Got to say chaps I’m loving watching this build happen where abouts is the build happening
Thanks for watching, We are between Nottingham and Grantham
Deserves more views, good content, enjoyed it.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks
Do you have a Instagram ? Must be one of a few in the country running the IDIG with the rover etc for setting out like us, be good to share ways of using it etc as there’s a lot to learn in the system
We're on Instagram and would love to chat! Feel free to drop us a direct message or shoot us an email at info@bir-d.co.uk. Looking forward to hearing from you! 👍🏻
Mine has been getting a lot of use!
Nice finish. What was the concrete mix?
Hello, thanks for watching, the concrete spec is Pav2. It's quite a strong mix in order to make it frost resistant 🥶
A really interesting project to follow being explained in a helpful way. The "can do" approach and teamwork is great to see. The civil engineering may be a newer skill but the knowledge to maintain and operate the machinery is impressive.
Well done team you did a fabulous job 😊😊😊😊😊😊❤
Doing a great job guys all the best tools and know how goes a long way I’ve been in the building trade 40 years and seen so many ways of doing things so every day is a learning curve keep up the great work 👍🏻
Thanks for such a nice comment. It feels like an uphill struggle sometimes. There are more mistakes, I mean great progress coming up. 😁
@@BIR_Developments looking back we used the power screeders and when you put the motor on the beams ,if not the right way around you’ll end up fighting it ,I mean it will want to go the opposite direction that you want it to and that makes hard work, I’m sure you’ll understand what I’m trying to say the machine is there to take out the hard work 👍🏻👍🏻
Great job Oli and team welcome new Ben love your vibrator xxx
Just a comment to Evan with regards to drilling holes someone is watching and he said…”what you shud have done …”😂
Great video just down the road from us. I use the survey kit myself rather than relying on a surveyor…the 12v Milwaukee pump is well worth the money for pumping out before you concrete. Look forward to the next video 👍
Ashville quality videos, well done
Great work Ollie. And very entertaining to boot!😁☝
It's fascinating to watch such complex work with trenches and drainage. The precision with which you accomplish the tasks is especially impressive. I'm truly impressed by the team's work and the quality of the video. I'll definitely subscribe and keep an eye out for your new videos.
Fantastic video. Really appreciate the effort and insight. Top job.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Tip - ratchet strap and 2 bits of 2x4 to get the pipe seated 22:29
Great video
Thanks!
Another quality episode - cheers Team Bir 🙂
Let's gooooo
The industrial RC car is pretty sweet.
Tank floating 101, the weight of water inside the tank must always exceed the weight of concrete displaced outside the tank, the levels are never the same by quite a margin.
hi great video whatsthe reason it cant be filled fully in first place
Hi, the tank is not meant to be filled entirely without the support of concrete or another form of backfill around it. This design choice helps keep the tank light for transportation and cost-effective. Thanks for watching. 👍
What do you mean you can't use it ? .... A partial relay of the broken area and shove a CIPP liner in full length, job done, simple.and no mess.
Thanks for the comment. It is sometimes difficult to explain in a short video, but basically, we already had permission to put a brand-new pipe in. In order to use the existing pipe, not only would I have to dig it up, repair the broken section, and line it, but I’d also have to pay for our drainage design to be changed and possibly reapply for the right to discharge. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
Looking forward to more from this series, good filmmaking, no fuss and good people. Pre 300 sub crew!
Check out Geogrow Ltd for the bag system in the future, Great vids 👌
this channel is going to be huge
