I watched the replay of the TD --- the C is at the 26 yard line blocking CB3 when the LOS was the 22. So looks like the right call... But if he had just sat down at the snap instead it would have been a TD

Sometimes it's also the DL / LB breaking up the play and tackling the carrier. I didn't see the 5... but given you haven't had this issue before suspect the plays arent broken
