    I find over 72 hours is counterproductive. Depleted energy and low mood, probably malnutrition, starts. You should try Kambo. Also, I would not be advocating chemotherapy.

    I have been using either Ken’s brand or Live longer labs, since 2016. I take the coconut oil. I take 4 droppers full a day, and 2 droppers for my son with autism. I am over 50, run 3 times a week and low weights the other days. I wear a pair of glasses (the only ones i can see out of) from 2004. My muscle tone is better than when i was in my late 30s. I do a bunch of other things that in conjunction with c60, I can say that I will never stop taking. The only problem is its 70.00 a bottle, but when you find something like this and see the results. You will fit into budget. Great interview and information, I am going to share this. I have been using so long, I sound so dumb trying to explain what it does.😂

    Great video! Quite informational yet digestible. Good stuff brother! Im beginning day 3 of my water fast. I feel fantastic! Day 2 was rough with the fatigue of the energy source shift, but I made it through, so I'm going to fast an additional day. Health wise I'm not looking to lose weight - I'm fairly thin, so it's quite the opposite. But I wanted to do this for all the other health benefits. The celluar repair was a big one for me, along with the desire to reset my system and try something new. Have a great day!

      Great question! You are right that you may experience a spike, but the fiber can help slow it down just a bit. But after 3 days, you need something easier for your stomach to handle and breakdown, which is why the fruit recommendation. Thanks for writing in! -The FFP Team

    Thank you for this podcast. I'm wondering why fructose wasn't addressed? There are so studies out now on prevention using removal of high carbs, fructose, and highly processed foods/salt in helping stop cognitive decline. Thank you.
