Hope it has gone to a nice owner.
Wow is that really on the market.
£165.500
Needs a Reno
it sold today for £594k......
I grew up a few doors away, back in the 70s
How much would be the rents for this house
E12 5JP manor park ,have any 3bed room house this area?
Bring it on! Great city
How could anyone live in such filth!
Susan honey check the history.. no one has.
It needs a lot of work doing to it, a lot which you may not see a return on if you buy it as an investment
Was withdrawn from the auction (again)....
Thats why I've logged back onto the site to check status of this lot. Just hope no ones buys at this price as its seems a poor investment.
a bad investment at 425 or 475?
@@samirpatel8554 a bad investment at 425 or 475?
Dyou know why they keep withdrawing it, Barnard Marcus aren't being particularly helpful with my enquiries
@@mattmck1929 this house is a 2 bed - the 3rd room can only be an ensuite. My quick calculations; Buy for: 450k Sdlt and legal 15k Reno and loft extension 175 to 200 665 total (estimate) The house doesn't have a half decent garden. No space for an extension. Kitchen looks a small size. The extra loo is external. Other houses have sold sold for a lot more but you'll be wiser investing elsewhere as this could be risky - my thoughts
Does not come with a garden, because there is a school at the back.
is these rooms available for students on rent ?
How much do you think it will cost to refurb?
I reckon £150k would get it to a decent spec
Hi..how much this property..? It is free hold
Seems like a poor investment.
Have you seen how much some of houses down that road go for
Alex Buche House prices will be falling by the time this property is done up, not to mention the costs of doing the property up will mean its worth as much as a property in great condition to begin with. Plus the other houses on the road have actual gardens, this one basically doesn’t. There are much better investments out there.

Initially was looking at this. Did a bit more digging and you'd end up B/E or small profit on this. Looks nice from the outside. Inside is tiny but seems garden space has been sold to a neighbour. Due to this can't extend at back either.
only about the 4th or 5th time it's been to auction! sold for 220k in 2019.
