Ffion Davies a Black belt in both Brazeilian Jiujitsu and Judo, highly recognised as one of the best in our sport, she has come 1st Place in ADCC (2022), IBJJF World Championship (2022 / 2023), 1st Place IBJJF World Championship NOGI (2018 / 2021 / 2023**) and more!
Ffion is also the first lightweight athlete to win double gold at the No-Gi World Championship!!
Being one of the instructors at a previous Best Practice, she is back again showing us some of her favourite/ most used Techniques.
Best practice 8 will also Include Instructors Tarik Hopstock and Pedro Ramalho, two of Europes most exciting grapplers.

I think music is better than silence, what do you think? We can’t use the original order as we will get a copyright strike from the music being played in the gym, maybe next time we do it not during a class :)

Something I've noticed… and please correct me if I'm wrong… but the further you get in BJJ, the slower each match goes in terms of pace. I just started and I keep getting wiped off the mats against blue and purple belts. Does it get better?
I think it differs person to person on they’re style, but the more experienced you become then more important you understand pacing, gassing out after 1 minute in a 10 minute fight wouldn’t be good, stick to it, you become better 💪🏽

The black belt seem to be even toying with them.. or at least prolonging the fights and choosing various finishes…. It’s crazy how much difference in skill there is… despite these blue belts looking solid af

Thanks for the invite! Would love to visit there some day. I can already tell y’all have some great blue belts. They fought off some nasty Ezikels, bow and arrows, and arm triangles. Ezikel is my best finish, if they ain’t tapping to a black belt, I know I’m not going to finish with mine. Haha

wow... I think irresponsible what the Black Belt did at 0:15. I think most blue belts are not that seasoned to know his knee was in real danger there and I think this one didnt realize it untill too late.
