Great presentation. I would like to see more on that in the future. What I‘m interested in is the connection to CRM systems. We are nimbus partner and would like to see more in depth how to get Information out of CRM-Systems and how to get them to it. I was struggeling to get data out of Dynamics to get Information about the caller inside a service. I saw the examples in the help center but i was facing a lot of issues to get it working.
pls work on making it more easier for customers to install your script.. many issues due to firewall and proxies..which are sure to be there in every org..
