SMC skriver om det bra tycker jag. www.svmc.se/smc/SMCs-arbete--fragor/Kortips/Korning-i-ko/ Kör på ett säkert sätt så går det bra, du ser även på videon att en polisbil körs om som inte reagerar på körningen. Men det kan vara bra att tänkta en och två gånger på vad som händer om något händer, MC förare är oskyddade i trafiken. Ha kul och kör säkert :)

Don't know how they are in Finland. But as you can see in the video, I'm actually driving past a cop car without any problem. As long as you don't drive reckless or very much faster then the rest you are safe. But yes, if something happens it will probably be on you. So drive safe :)

Please note that filtering traffic is not illegal in Sweden, as long as you do it in a safe way.

First of all, thanks for watching :) Yes and no. It was to cold this first day for any salt distribution on any roads so no :) BUT.. I know from winter last year that some parts of the bike is not rust protected enough. Like the swingarm and it really hurt the chain during the winter season. I will spray some warm water after drives (to take off most of the salt) this year, will hopefully help. That said, I have driven over 10 000 km during this last year, around 3000 km on snow and ice. So some corrosion and so are expected :)

I guess it depends on the planed distance, the amount of luggage and how far you have traveled so far. Not mentioning how much you trust your motorcycle.. Traveling with a naked bike on tarmac with around 5-6 hours everyday is no problem. I did that for a week in Norway with sleeping bag and tent with my Honda CB1000R and it was just perfect :)

Boadacia Iceni I had the Kawasaki Er6n for about 1-2 months before I got a opportunity to get my dream bike to a very benefitial price. Do I think that the Kawasaki would work good for you on your travel? Yes :) But all depends on the above and if you are used to ride a naked bike with all what that means.

Mattias Flowertwig Yes, all past bikes have been naked. It won't be as naked for long when I put a screen on and heated grips, and crash protection. It was just the comfort of sitting for maybe 6/8 hours I wanted to know. Or will I need a jelly seat under my bony arse? I'm heading to Lyon and Toulouse because I'm not keen on the freezing wet we get here in the UK. Thanks again for answering. :)
