The PSA 10 regggie white is also off centered after 5 seconds of looking at it.. i hate PSA 10’s off centered.. thats why BGS and SGC 10’s are reals 10s… I have a PSA 9 of that reggie white that looks better then that psa 10…… perfect centering..cant see any flaw…. but graded it recently.. my psa 9 is a much better card then that older PSA 10… OMG.. i’m hating grading right now..

OMG.. that steve young in a BGS 9.5 has 9.5 centering.. that centering is terrible.. way off left to right.. and slightly off up and down. I see the serial number starts with 000 which means a very early graded card… i hate seeing that. a newly graded card of that in centering would be like a 7 at most in current grading.. values are dependent on time of grading… unless u are building a PSA online set .. which is does not matter…the grade then is the grade is a set collection..

that dan marino PSA 10 is a very rare card… but that card u showed is such a bad version of a 10 with the left/right centering clearly not perfect and bad PSA 10… we all hate seeing PSA 10’s with slightly obvious off centering… psa needs to change there grading for PSA 10 on centering.. this PSA 10 is about worth the same as a PSA 9 centered.. I’d prefer the PSA 9 centered..

Supposedly only 25 were marked Mr October for 1990 UD Reggie cards; one for every 100, so those that ended in serial XX00 (100, 200...2400, 2500) were given Mr October designation

I have an older card that in fact he did sign years later so you can't really go off that. But I get what you're saying. That's crazy that people make an entire fake card who would even fake sign a card.. mental illness I suppose. LoL By the way this is an awesome video. Thanks for helping others realize that not everything they see is real!

You can find Gretzky OPC cards with clean cuts. Harder to find but they’re out there. I’m surprised the clean cut edges don’t hold more of a premium over the ones with really bad edges.

Old certs vs new certs I don’t see much of an issue with. There are over graded cards in both old and new certs but obviously more over grades on old certs. If I agree with the grade then new or old cert doesn’t matter to me.

Great video. I personally wouldn’t crack my 86 PSA 8 fleer Jordan even if he was signing or my 79 OPC PSA 8 Gretzky if he was signing. I’m not really a fan of signed rookie cards on vintage. I’d rather display the card with a signed photo or jersey or a ball. Maybe it’s just me but I like my vintage unsigned it nice condition and unaltered in any way.. Unless the card is a beater and signed then that’s pretty cool but I’d still rather display a jersey or photo over a signed card. Curious what other people’s opinions are on signed vintage rookies.

No. That Mays card is graded a 4, and is accurate to me..

If you look at a sale of the 1966 Topps Batman 1# Psa 9 sold for $46,000! This card is much rarer and is truely his rookie. The batman comic book came out 20 years before his 1966 rookie card. AS FOR THIS Disney rc, it is hos earliest card. It quite possible is the most Influential person in all of entertainment. His cultural significance can not be denied. If you If you compare the population of this car to nineteen fifty two mickey mantle or a nineteen sixty six batman it is far rarer. All grades are underpriced.

I love those old cards with an on card auto in what looks like ball point pen as you showed of the 1965 clemente.. when u see those ball point pen autos it makes u think some young kid walked up to them in person at a game or practice and he signed it on the spot.. I love them..the auto grade does not matter as long as you have the ball point pen of the time on the card.. we all know they were streaky.. which I think makes them great to collect… in person auto cards. awsome...

that 1948 leaf babe ruth was a very early PSA graded card as a 7… if it were graded today would be like a 4… it has snow, way off centered… a black line mark on the left lower white border…. ie.. (MK) label tody… a wrinkle in the upper right... its a shame I have some recent PSA graded cards of vintage that look better then this and are like and 4 or 5 in todays grading… I own this card in a PSA 4 with a modern grade and looks better then this card...
