🍅 The POMODORO Technique 🍅
The POMODORO Technique is a method (designed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s) to optimize and improve time management during the development of an activity. It consists of using a timer to structure time in fixed intervals (pomodoros), normally 25 minutes dedicated to the activity, followed by a 5-minute rest break and longer breaks at the end of four pomodoro.

We usually live surrounded by variable sounds (conversations and talks from colleagues and neighbors, television, radio, etc.). These variable noises attract the attention of our cognitive system and negatively affect our ability to concentrate and mental performance.
This music is designed in an abstract way (without a stable or concrete rhythm and enhancing the randomness of the melodic and harmonic passages, to generate sounds that do not keep an easily identifiable correlation. This design is favorable to achieve MENTAL STATES OF ABSORPTION AND CONCENTRATION.

    To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, and your pet so you have a study buddy (if you have one) Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. Hi, do you mean rain without music during the whole work/study time? I'll take note. I've been very busy for a while with no time to create. But I hope to start creating new videos very very soon. Regarding this video, I generally try to create abstract "music", which does not have repetitive or predictable rhythmic or melodic patterns, to avoid "getting hooked" on the music, and which is simply a background wrapper that helps to concentrate.     I'm SOOOOO freaking royal for your particular white noises. Any kind of music distracts me while studying, and white/brown noises were always too "intense" and loud for me, but then I found your channel. It's perfect, not too intense, just chill. I study way better now, especially when my neighbours play loud music-I just play ur video louder :) The sound of birds in breaks is also really calm, peacefull and it's better than bells that always scares me lol.     That's great but as an adult with adhd I really prefer the pomodoros that are the other way around - background sounds with no music during the working sessions and music during the breaks/ Besides that - wonderful work! Really looking forward when we will be able to put on some kind of 3d glasses and immerse ourselves in this kind of atmospheres completely. That'll be fun 😀

    To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, and your pet so you have a study buddy (if you have one) Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight (not mine! but copy paste it around!!)

      Wow! Thank you so much for your words and for sharing your experience. It's really exciting to read you. What I try to do is create abstract "music", without repetitive patterns in terms of rhythm and melody, without recognizable structures, so that the mind is not anchored to the music, but rather the music is like a wrapper that shelters you in the background and accompanies you to focus on what really matters, your task or objective.     Thank you. I've been so apathetic, but I finally feel like I'll be able to do my homework. I also really like that the noise changes for the focus and relax sessions, since it means I dont even have to look at the time or check my phone at all. Much appreciated bro.
