Broadcast October 19, 1968. This was recorded during Cillas two week appearance at Sydney's Chequers nightclub. Brian Henderson's Bandstand often produced specials of overseas artists being featured at Chequers as a form of cross-promotion.

Filmed on September 30, 1968, at a press conference in the press lounge at Sydney Airports old international terminal, with Cilla obviously delighting the men of the press (Love her hat-along with the period Australian accents). Cilla was here in Australia for a cabaret residency at Sydney's Chequers nightclub (October 3rd-21st.), during which she taped an appearance on the national Australian TV music program, Brian Henderson's Bandstand. (Broadcast October,19).

Remember watching this at the time. It catapulted her career. Loved her x
