Looks good. Certainly not for traveling at high speed, but that is not what it is for anyway. I suppose a sled attachment could easily be made, even with a seat, that would facilitate hauling some things. It doesn't look like it will work well on a steep hill. Anyway, cool. I love innovation.

The way you built it, it's actually a multi function drive system. Make a light weight passenger cabin on long skis and an external driver seat/moped windshield. Or a flatbed for firewood and supplies. That's genius my man.

The machine is quite simple as compared to a typical snow machine (snow mobile). This could be critical for people living and working many miles from civilization. It can be repaired with a minimum of tools and expertise. I also like the PTO-driven snow auger. This could be very useful. The only change that I would make is to modify the PTO shaft so that it is not a fixed length. It would work much better if one half was a square shaft and the other half was a square sleeve that slipped over the square shaft. This would make the auger much more maneuverable.

A guy that clever, should be able to cobble up a carrier off the car's receiver hitch, which it doesn't have but needs. Very cool other than the laborious assembly, which would get old quick.
