my problem is with this solution, that we got GDPR. if my partner doesn't gave us the right to share their info/problem, than we can't use this solution. Also a problem for the user of this solution, that might happen, that AWS will know my customer, their issue and can happen that AWS will directly try to give a solution for them skipping us from the business.
