Following this is so annoying. Black rope that’s hard to see. Flipping it around multiple times. And 0:47 is hard to follow.
I wonder why comments were turned off when he did the "Hangman's noose knot" 🤔
The video 🥰 the comments 🫥🙏
Same reason they gave a self harm warning before you click the video
Thanks a lot, I am gonna make myself some knife lanyards now lol
Fast and easy my a$$
*yoe seh mih tee* not yoe seh mite lol
What is the use of a granny knot??
Thank you for the step by step procedure🎉now I am able to tie a granny knot💗
This is a misunderstanding. This is a running Honda Knot (with trailing a) commonly used in lassos. The small loop, which runs over the standing part is also called Hondo (with trailing o). The Honda Knot has the same shape like the Bowstring Knot. If you make a larger loop with the Honda Knot, then you can use this loop to tension a line. This knot was used to tension a bowstring on a bow, therefore its name. With the knot in the video it is impossible to tension a line!
I like your tutorial. You show how to have only one strand coming out. Well done.
Bro deserves more likes
Bro not gonna argue with that 🤩
Well, thanks man
I really appreciate you posting all of these. I feel like I've stumbled upon the motherlode of knot-tying tutorials with your playlist here, genuinenely very surprised these videos don't all have way more likes and comments. Thanks for your work!
Why thanks! Worked hard to make these as easily to learn as possible. If you have any suggestions for more knots, let me know!
I cannot believe how easy you made this. We looked at a number of videos about tying this knot and none of them did it the way you did. They all said it was simple, but they made it more complicated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Glad it was helpful! I try to make these knots as simple and easy to learn as I can
Also the loop or handle seems to be unused and therefore pointless. It would make more sense if you would use it as another lever point to multiply the leverage but the way you show the knot it doesn't seem compatible. Nevertheless, I have my own better solution if you're interested , I can tell you
I think that this is interesting but I'm not sure what is the advantage of it if any. It seems that just like you show in the video , trucker's hitch can also be shaken loose after untying the knot which holds the entirety.
This reminds me of the fisherman's bend ! The ABoK says that the grass knot is the best knot for tying grass.
Thanks for sharing, I don't know why, but the second method for me is far more confusing and much harder to make look good than doing the same snake knot over. I need practice :)
Perfect for my handman knot to be tied with the fan
Great knot. Thanks 👍
Great knot. Thanks 👍
It’s a Wagoneer not waygonr
4:30 pm June 19th. This was the easiest demonstration to watch. I need to learn this knot to make my jewelry. Thanks so much!
I don't get it, if it moves you won't get the tension you need when adjusting the right size for your bow....
Don't think the first knot slips, only the last part.🤷
see my comment
Thank you for showing how to make this knot. I was using a book that had the same procedure for making this knot, but the end was not well explained. Now I know how to make it.
Your video finally helped me make sense of how to tie this. I see it's the same as the halter hitch except the working end and standing end are switched, and when you put the tag end through the loop I think the halter hitch leaves the loop loose so you can easily release the hitch.
The trucker hitch is supposed to be used to put tension on a rope because you make a pulley system with a 3 to 1 mechanical advantage, and not just a fix loop.
Here's another method th-cam.com/video/DYGdvL9-P30/w-d-xo.html Cheers
