You can’t prevent post operative telogen effluvium with ALL the protein, nutrients, etc. they will help regrowth but literally nothing prevents telogen effluvium.

Do you believe that 66 is too old for panniculectomy surgery? My insurance will pay for excision of excessive skin & subcutaneous tissue ( includes lipectomy), abd infraumbilical panni, but not abdominoplasty.

I listened to the whole conference and not once did she mention turmeric/curcumin, which has a TON of science behind it for reducing inflammation.

I didn't drink coffee for 2 years after surgery it tasted like pointless calories but then I started school then I started to need a normal coffee every once in a while

Would zip fizz be ok after the sleeve just one pouch a day? I was hoping if I let it sit and get the fizzyness out and since it says “healthy source of caffeine” it might be better than say coffee.
