2002 was a solid squad but it wasn't a star studded squad. That title win against Miami is one of if not the biggest upsets in CFB history. It just was, that team was better than us in every way imaginable on paper at least but we still pulled it out. 2014 had a better defense which also was clicking at the right time but offensively, this team this season is better. Hard to rank this team against 2014 but I would say they are fairly similar with 2002 being behind them both.
