In the main menu, go to options, the second tab is the option to activate the cheats

I recommend consulting the discord #technical-installation-issues, or you can tell me what the file was specifically like: face_male_head.dll and I'll see what download has that. But anyways one of the downloads seems to not fully installed so I recommend just re-doing the process by deleting the warsword conquest module, re-downloading and installing the module, then applying the wse2 patch contents onto the warsword conquest module contents and replacing the files, as well as copying the contents of the WSE2 folder in the warsword module, into the main mount and blade warband folder and replacing those files when it prompts.

You can change from windowed to full screen in the options under graphic I believe. The red text seems weird, but does it not allow you to play the game at all or does it just appear then let you play the game? Also are you launching the game with wse2_launcher?

yes indeed, I haven't played total war before but I'd say you hit the nail on the head.

not sure how to make it download to file explorer again if you can't see it in your downloads. go to www.7-zip.org/download.html or look up 7zip and go to download, then make sure to download it for the right system, you can check that on windows by going to settings > system > about. Then it will show up next to system type. Mine is 64-bit with a x64 processor so I downloaded the 7zip for 64-bit Windows x64.

install 7 zip then right click file then hit more options

If you crashed mid-game I'm not sure if I could help, but if you had issues starting a playthrough then I might be able to help. It's unfortunate someone disregarded your issue since no one should be using that kind of attitude. And it is quite frustrating when the game crashes even with WSE2's stellar performance. It's great to see that bannerlord is also getting mod service with The Old Realms mod you mentioned, as I hadn't seen it before. Hopefully someone will be nicer to you the next time you have an issue, but if there are any issues you had with the process in the video please tell me and I'll seek to rectify it.

I found that .dll in the warsword conquest WSE folder, so I think you might just need to re-apply the wse2 version patch from discord again and you should be good, as long as you transferred the WSE2 folder contents to the main mount and blade warband folder and launched with wse2launcher

otherwise redownload orc edition and make sure not to interrupt the 7zip unzipping or the download when it is an unconfirmed download. If it is still missing you can try try installing the latest c++ redist from microsoft as is sometimes recommended by some people on discord for .dll issues

Well hold on, this is actually an outdated video, the more recent update has wayyy easier installation, and the expanded version of the mod with giant units is also super duper easy now, so don't follow this guide, but yes definitely play this mod

This guide is outdated, go to the discord for the most recent version, I think there might have been a problem with either not using WSE Launcher to run the game or the scripts were not installed into the main game. The newer version should be much simpler to install thankfully. Magic only requires 1 point in magic control so you had it right.

nevermind i managed to solve it.

When using 7-zip do "Extract files" not "Extract Here", copy the video and you should be fine.

WSE is one of the folders in the main mod folder that you download. you need to copy everything except WSE windows xp from the WSE folder in the main mod folder, over to your base game (M&B warband) folder. WSE allows your game to run the magic scripts and get xp for certain kills, and generally allows you to run what would otherwise crash immediately.

You might need to use your steam key, I'm not sure how to use it since I always get the pop-up with my steam key but M&B has never said its not full version for me. If you have trouble try visiting the discord or look up how to use your steam key for m&b.

I think you might need to use your serial key if you had one or a GOG key, I recommend doing ctrl + f in the installation channel in discord to find the solution for it if those don't work.

go to 5:27 and make sure you add the .exe from there into the the main game folder and rename it suitably

Yes. I have found no problems with playing other mods after installing warsword conquest and its relevant submod. Though you should probably use Steam instead of WSELoader.exe if you want to play other mods or native.

go to the discord then in the technical installation channel say what kind of error is popping up or even better, use the windows key + print screen, or snipping tool and send a screenshot. Otherwise I could guide you in a video call, just make sure to go to the Warsword Conquest's technical installation channel.

Yeah, unfortunately mount and blade warband for console does not allow modding.

i actually have the game and it does this to me, when i put my code in it doesnt work. normally i dont have to put it in but with wse loader it does this bs to me.
