Hopper Communities is a development company specializing in designing and creating residential neighborhoods. Bart Hopper, the company’s founder, has been developing commercial, retail, and residential real estate for over twenty-five years. A move with Lincoln Property Company brought him to Charlotte, NC. While at Lincoln Property Company, Bart branched into developing retail and residential real estate throughout the Carolinas. He realized the positive impact thriving neighborhoods have on their surrounding communities and chartered a path towards residential real estate development.
Bart established Hopper Communities in 2007. He created a “family” sharing in his desire to develop vibrant, innovative neighborhoods and modern living homes. Bart’s vision is applied to each project, as Hopper Communities strives to leave a positive imprint on communities and deliver lasting value to homeowners.
