They were adding decorations as we cruised as our cruise started at the end of November into December. It was decorated nicely by the last couple days of the cruise 😊

Thanks for watching! In regards to cuisine, if you are vegan and non-gluten (and many other dietary requests) can be noted when your cruise reservation is completed. We can also make notes of certain non-dairy alternative milks that are preferred, etc. You will also meet with the restaurant manager and possibly even one of the chefs once onboard to go over your dietary requirements and make sure nothing is missed. In regards to non-GMO and organic, they do their best to source the best quality and local produce, however it’s not guaranteed to be non-GMO or organic as sometimes it’s not possible to source from some ports. Hopefully this makes sense?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. There are some private tours that do this, however it does involve about a 3 mile trek in each direction as you can’t drive directly to the beach due to local laws. Most people rent a car and do this trek on their own when staying longer on Hawaii, but not many do it on a cruise as it can be risky that you miss your “all aboard time”.

Hi there! Yes, you can certainly meet others in your ski groups (they do make sure that English speaking guests have English speaking ski guides and groups) and there’s opportunities to meet others in other activities that the resort hosts. I used to always have a pass to Whistler (didn’t have one last year and didn’t buy one for this coming seasons). I was really impressed with skiing the Alps! This year I’ll be skiing in Japan.

Hi there, you won’t need to bring bear spray on the trails near the lodge, however if you are venturing into the back country from the lodge at the tops of the gondola and hiking towards Sky Pilot and Ledge Mountains, it might be a good idea for those hikes.
