Hi, QR is for config file of wireguard vpn. So either you can download and upload the config file manually in wireguard apps Or you can scan the QR and just connect.

Hi, You need to create voip trunk in UCM for each port of HT881. 1. Firstly upgrade the firmware of HT881 to latest one 2. Change the SIP port of FXS profile to 8060. 3. Changed the sip port of FXO profile to 5060. 4. Now the FXO ports are as below. FXO 1 -- 5060 FXO 2 -- 5062 FXO 3 -- 5064 FXO 4 -- 5066 FXO 5 -- 5068 FXO 6 -- 5070 FXO 7 -- 5072 FXO 8 -- 5074

You want a video on ucm to ucm connection via ucmrc?

There may be something missing in ucm 1. check the codec in extension. 2. May be phone has DND enabled.

@Voipknowledge Good Day. Apologies for replying late. I discovered what the problem was. I had enter same dial pattern twice on both the UCM and TG100 before the GSM gateway could forward external calls to the VoIP network. I had two TG100s my boss wanted deployed with both active for receiving and making external calls. I discovered that when both gateways were connected on the network, the UCM could detect both gateway trunk links, the UCM only used the first one to forward & receive external calls. The second gateway couldn't even forward external calls to the network.

Hi, If you have configured email in ucm than you can recover password by forget password option. But if you haven't configured, then no chance to recover password and need to hard reset the ucm.

Whenever I call from cisco to grandstream, sometimes I can't hear the voice from the receiver or there's 2-4 seconds delay. I am using G.722 codec for my grandstream phone, should I include more codec or what codec should I be using? I'll gladly appreciate your reply. Thank you.

Hi Use PCMU, PCMA, G729 codec in UCM extension and in GRP phone under Account >> Codec
